Helpful to residents, answered our questions and addressed our concerns. Nice facility and good food.

When I go to visit, always unannounced, my sister is always clean and dressed, and staff are saying "Hi [name removed]" as we walk by. I think her room is considered a "shared accommodation," but it really is a private room with a shared bath. My sister seems content. Also, I just heard from my sister's best friend, [name removed], that when she visited [name removed] recently, she was invited to have lunch with her! We're very pleased.

I was escorted to the office by a staff member since came in through the wrong door. I was introduced to [name removed] who amazing in her explanation of the Masonic home I was also very impressed with the walking tour she took me on. The building is huge and well kept, the residents were as far as l could tell all in pleasant moods! I would depending on my (mother) therapy very much consider this for her!!!

Staff is friendly every time I go to see my mom, the place is always clean and bright. Mom raves about the young lady who handles the activities, mom likes the food and variety. Her room is perfect size for her.

The rooms are nice size and in excellent condition. Loved that each apartment had a terraceborbpatio. The staff was very nice. The residents were very friendly too. Liked the many amenities included.

From the moment we stepped in there for the first time, it was clean, the people were friendly, and the staff was very understanding of our situation. They made special arrangements for our mom until a permanent room was available in the assisted-living section. The rooms are a good size, the food is good, and they have lots of fun activities to keep everyone busy. She loves it there! She loves her room, the staff, and was quickly welcomed by the other residence into her new friend group. I would highly recommend this facility with no hesitation.

The tour was done very well, people were all so nice. I was given a good tour of the facility and had a good understanding of how everything works. The place was convenient and everyone seemed to care about the residents.

First, they have a great staff and friendly residents. Here they have activities every day if you wish to participate. The facility is clean and they do come clean the apartments depending on your needs since I'm independent I get a cleaner every two weeks because I can clean my own stuff up otherwise it's a weekly cleaning. They don't have a big buy in so there's no extra fees to pay just gave them $[removed]for community fee one time and that's it

Five in all categories. The staff is amazing. Friendly, professional and helpful. Especially [name removed] at the front desk. The facility is always clean. Food is good and wait staff is kind.

I really appreciated the time [name removed] spent with me. She was very thorough and professional. The facility is lovely, well maintained and immaculate. The apartment was spacious, more room than I would require. I love the fact that residents can sit wherever they want in the dining room. It allows for alot more socializing as opposed to assigned seating. The price is comparable to other facilities in the Lehigh Valley. The concept of tier pricing and only paying for what you need is a plus. The downside for me was the location. I really enjoy being outdoors and other than the balcony I didn't see an opportunity for that.

Everything but food gets a 5. My mom struggled with the meals -- some were better than others. So I'd give them a 3 for food. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My mom found the right balance between support and independence. The facility is very well-maintained.

Cleanest, brightest, most spacious facility. Also the most expensive of the three places I visited. I found the mix of units to be appealing as well.

The facility appears to be clean, the commons areas well appointed and the rooms are spacious. The staff was very kind and attentive.

The representative was speaking about how they treat the residents and how they help them adapt to their new living environment. They did not just try to sell you a room My mom stated it felt like home They just did not have a room with a private bathroom.

[name removed], our lead contact, is an absolute rockstar. It is clear she has found a career and calling she is passionate about, and the families she helps truly benefit. From the beginning, the staff was so helpful and informative. They coordinated quickly and efficiently with the treatment center my mom had been at previously to facilitate a seamless, tailored transition. Upon her arrival, she was met with kindness and patience. We worried about her ability to acclimate, but has done so well that they advised moving her from memory care to standard assisted living. Nothing about vascular dementia is easy, but the staff at the Terraces has gone above to beyond to offer genuine reassurance to my mother and family. I have no doubts we made the right decision and that she is at the perfect place for her. The confidence that comes from knowing she feels safe and cared is invaluable. Friend and family who come to visit have expressed they are beyond impressed with the beautiful grounds, cleanliness, friendliness and variety of offered activities. We are looking forward to visiting my mom and seeing her flourish at the Terraces for years to come. We are so impressed with their entire operation.

[name removed] is wonderful. She showed us around the place, explained amenities. Everyone that saw us was very nice. It appears that they care about the people living there.

Beautiful place, priced competitively with other facilities I've recently toured. Rooms are large. Place is clean and cheery. A little far from where I live to be practical. The downside to these places is that if your lived one's monthly income is short of the monthly fee then the monthly fee must be supplemented with savings. In that case if the loved outlines the money they'd be forced to leave and that's a problem.

[name removed] the wellness director, [name removed] the executive director and [name removed] who I met with for admissions are absolutely wonderful. They are very professional and very caring. All the staff are courteous and respectful. The rooms are a nice size and I hear the food is pretty good.

I toured the facility and found it to be very nice. Staff I came in contact with were extremely pleasant and helpful! Unfortunately, the person I was touring for passed, but based on what I know and what I saw, they would have been happy there.

Beverly answered our questions and provided the information needed during our visit. Gave my cousin a chance to see what today's Senior communities are really like. Still working on a decision.
