Everyone there is so kind & so caring. It's visually appealing. The main thing I loved about Wisteria & the reason my mom will be joining the community soon is that it is an "age in place" facility. This means she'll never have to move again. As her needs change, their level of care of her will change with her. That means everything to my siblings & me. My mother in law just adores all the staff members. She always shares how kind and fun they are. The rooms are big enough to comfortably share as well. My disabled sister in law and mother in law share a room. They each have their beds and dressers. They also each have a recliner and a shared tv.

[name removed] interaction with residences and their smiles when she did was nice to see. The facility showed well overall - lobby to dining room to apts.

These would all be 5, we have been very pleased. I am not sure dad participates with any of the activities but his room is a great size with nice access to his shared bathroom. We decorated it like home and he seems very comfortable. He goes to the dining area for meals and has not complained about food so that is huge

All of the employees were super supportive and kind. The food is delicious and healthy. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

We love the openness of the cottage kitchen especially. If you like to cook, the kitchen is great. We would recommend Wisteria Place to other families based on the experience

The staff is fantastic! Always helpful and energetic !! I wish the food portions were a bit more for men! But the food is good! I love this concept of the studio apartments under one roof with the huge open family room ,kitchen and dining room! Love the happy hour time!! A great community of people that look out for each other!

The facility looked very clean and nice with lots of activities. Unfortunately there were no spaces available in Memory care.

Great place for anyone who is considering assisted living or memory care…. I would definitely consider this place

[name removed] was very nice & accommodated my schedule for a tour. Unfortunately the electricity as off when I was there, but she was still willing to meet with me & provide pricing & amenities information. I’m not sure if the location will work for us, but the community is very nice

Staff members are always friendly and helpful. The affiliated medical group (Aurora Medical) does a great job of working with residents, monitoring their health, and keeping family informed. Facility is right sized. Not too big, not too fancy.

We find the staff to be exceptionally caring for their residence. I've also found that they are more than willing to work with me and my family when it comes time for Medicaid application were applicable. I've always had great communication with the executive Director, community liaison, and their current wellness Director. They do provide transportation for medical appointments when scheduled in advance on Tuesdays and Thursdays currently. Finally, I've gotten consistent feedback from my mother's outside home care agencies that they too feel that Villa Court is one of the best in the area.

Everything is great! Everyone has been helpful and caring. The room is a great size. There is always something to do for residents.

I was made to feel seen and heard about the difficulty of having to move my mother. I was impressed with the feeling of family, and[Name Removed] is wonderful !

Very clean and staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I liked how they showed me all of the different options for rooms as well as some with furniture in them to get an idea of the layouts. Introducing me to staff was very kind as well. Really nice place and I loved the Martin house and access to the river trail. Beautiful facility!

First of all my husband just moved there in February and he is still there. All the staff are nice and responsive to my concerns and anytime I request that they do something for my husband they are right on it. They check in him regularly and make sure his needs are met and that he is comfortable. There was only one time that I had to tell them my husband needed attention but as soon as I told them they responded right away. Everyone is always pleasant. The staff has exceeded my expectations.

Our mom and sister love it there. There's lots of things to do and trips taken. They go to the mall weekly and Walmart every other week so they always have a chance to grab something they need without us having to figure out a time to take them to the store. They enjoy the food and snacks. The residents are really nice and they enjoy the staff there. They love that they can keep their dog with them as well.

The garage is great, and so is the walking path.
