The fours were mostly due to one of the aides that stands out to us in comparison to the rest, not as friendly and accommodating. Nurse [name removed] is exceptional. Truly wants what is best for resident and skilled in redirecting dementia. Even though I understand it is not feasible in the current setting, an area simulating outdoors would brighten visits and the spirits of memory care residents. I would definitely recommend Copperfield Hill.

Mostly 5. Except the food maybe a 4. And also there's been some gaps on the cleaning so also a 4. The value and activities, quality and administration is really good. We would recommend Copperfield Hill to other families based on the experience

Mom’s Copperfield experience: • Lived there ~9 months, first in a nice-sized apartment w/ 3 meals/day, laundry & cleaning included. Overall very adequate. • Last month she moved to memory care — a good-sized shared suite (bed + sitting chair, shared bathroom), meals/services in the main dining room with other residents. • Staff are mostly caring people doing a hard, underpaid job. Attentiveness varied — some patients need more help than others. Mom got extra support since my sister and I each visited 2x/day, but I saw many residents with no one checking in on them. Like anywhere, you get out what you (or family) put in. I also recommend that if you plan to be involved with a parent and know what's going on it behooves you to have your elderly loved one living as close to you as possible. That way you can check in on him and make sure they're getting the care and help they need and that often sometimes you're paying for.

A very nice facility, with a friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and peaceful, great atmosphere! Had a nice schedule of events, transportation alternatives, and a good location. I will seriously consider this location.

My mom is in an independent-living apartment at Copperfield. She and I have both been impressed by the staff, who all seem to make a point to learn people's names. There is a nice variety of activities and they have monthly Tavern dinners (it's extra), but my mom has said the food is always delicious. I like the open atrium style of the building, as well, it increases the sense of community, plus adds light and spaciousness.

They care for the residents top notch. So happy with Copperfield. The building might be older, but with staff and maintenance staff. This place runs like well oiled machine. They are prompt with any requests I have for my mom's cares. Could not be happier. I would recommend to others.

Finding the right place for a parent is one of the hardest things a family can do. We were fortunate to find Copperfield Hill senior living and I can’t say enough good things about our experience there. Is it the newest or most modern facility out there? No. But what it offers is something far more important: genuine human care. The staff — from the activities director to the singing director to Pastor Jan — brought such warmth to every interaction. Pastor Jan led my mother’s celebration of life service, and multiple people told me it was the most meaningful service they had ever attended. The nursing staff, led by Olivia, stood out in a profound way. I had worked with another assisted living facility before this one, where my mother was assessed and dismissed without anyone truly getting to know her. Olivia did the opposite — she sat with my mom, talked with her, learned her strengths and her needs, and only moved her to memory care when the time was truly right. That kind of dignified, individualized care is rare and priceless. As with any large staff, not every interaction was perfect — but the overall culture of care clearly starts at the top, and the vast majority of our experiences were exceptional. One thing I’d say to any family beginning this journey: come in with realistic expectations about cost. Assisted living is expensive, and if you go in looking for a bargain, you may miss something truly wonderful. Copperfield Hill offers real value for what you pay — but more importantly, it offers something money can’t fully measure: people who treat your loved one like a human being.

Good staff. No changes. I would recommend to others.

5 on all. What we like the most about the community is the atrium, I know mom wouldn't have a hard time finding her room. Love the staff. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would indeed recommend this community to other families.

Great sense of community. They make people feel welcome and they quickly respond to maintenance requests. Highly recommend.

The food is good and a nice variety. The events they have put on, like Christmas Tree tour and Harvest Festival have been well done and enjoyable. Care provided has been good and can be increased when needed at the Assisted Living level.

We feel that Copperfield Hill is the best place for our mom. It is a good fit for her.

The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring, and friendly.

No places perfect but the staff at the COPPERFIELD have been very accommodating very nice. It is so different from the experience from where Mom came from before. The nursing staff at the COPPERFIELD works with patients and where they're at and not trying to get everybody into memory care. I really like the layout of Mom's apartment. It's was very clean. It's very spacious in comparison to the other one that we had as well. The food is OK but they're very accommodating to the residence and kind and nice. And a lot of the workers that work there are super nice. I wanna say that too and I worked with [name removed] who's the nurse? I really liked her and you know I've just had a really positive experience there and I want others to know that not all assisted living is the same and you really gotta know where your parent is and initially we didn't know and the nurse and staff at the other place was so hard and just so ready to get her in memory care versus Giving her compassion and freedom while she can

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very caring. And very patient! All of them are able to help with any of the activities. They all know who to contact for what as well. Very concerned about everyone.

I would rate them all a 5. This has been absolutely a great place for my mom. She loves it there. The staff are very caring and friendly. They show a lot of care to my mom. They really know how to talk with elderly.

My MIL is enjoying her new life at Copperfield. We just participated in the “Festival of Trees” event. All the residents and staff are very friendly. I was surprised at how many knew her as we walked around the building. She has only been there a few months. They are very attentive and take care of any concerns quickly. The layout of the building is so beautiful..

Reaching the nursing staff is sometimes difficult. Our loved one complains about the meals fairly regularly. While our loved one does not partake in the activities, there are several options daily, outings are offered and outside entertainment is brought in monthly. Hearing from others, Copperfield is a good value relative to others in the area

Copperfield is a welcoming community with lots of activities and opportunities to meet people. The flexibility to be independent then add services if/when necessary is helpful. The option of weekly outings is also a great bonus.
