Friendly caring staff. Clean facilities. The rooms are big enough for my mom to maneuver her wheelchair. Plenty of on site activities. (Mom no longer goes on the offsite trips so I cannot say what they are like.)

I would give them all a 5. My dad was very happy there. He passed in [Date Removed]. He was very happy with the food and all the choices. The housekeeping and laundry were up to his very high standards. And the staff that helped with medication and other medical concerns always kept me in the loop.

What we like the most about the community is the STAFF, location, appearance, and care of residents. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Although my mom has since passed away, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff was truly exceptional—not only caring for my mother with compassion and dignity, but also supporting me during a very difficult time. I didn’t have a single complaint throughout her care. Her aides treated her as if she were their own mother, and that meant more to me than I can express. I am deeply grateful for the kindness and dedication they showed our family.

The apartment, a 1 bedroom is a good size and has a full kitchen and outdoor living space. Food overall is good. Staff is very nice - they know the resident's names.

It was all good enough for me to leave my dad there. I would recommend this community to others.

The experience at Falls River Court has been a great experience and yes we would recommend the community to other families based on that experience

What we like the most about Falls River is the staff. They are the most caring attentive people. They truly care about each resident. They have activities for all holidays and always include the family.

Looking for a safe and loving home for a family member? Look no more. The staff are fantastic. They are always there to help both the residents and families. They pay attention to details, how does the resident interact with the other residents, are they coming for meals? Their primary concern is your family member. They are super friendly and very attentive. They go out of their way to make sure the residents are safe and happy. If needed, additional care offered is great. I highly recommend Arbor Landing at Compuss Pointe as a home for your loved ones. If you're looking and not sure, by all means take a tour, you won't be disappointed.

I have been doing a lot of touring in the past 60 days. This place in my heart feels like they get it right. The staff has been there for a long time which speaks volumes, each room and facility VERY CLEAN, and Residence are high to mid functioning level of cognitive behaviors. There is diversity on the residence and diversity amongst the staff.

This facility is just the best fit for my 96 yr old mom. They were very helpful in getting her moved in and Oriented to her new surroundings. Staff is very attentive and kind. Lots of activities. Food my mom loves! They understand the stress it is for the families and could not be any helpful with suggestions. No regrets and no worries now if mom is safe. Thank you Falls River Court. I was extremely happy with them. They treated my mom like it was their mom. They understood her. There is assisted living help if you need it. They have PT right there and health care that comes right to the apartment. They took great care and would stop in to check if ok or to say Hi.

The staff knows all residents and all relatives that are visiting. You are always given a warm hello. The facility is a couple of years old, but actually looks brand new. There are many activities and shopping trips that the residents can take advantage of.

I came in for an unexpected tour in [name removed] was available. This lady is 100% class act very confident in what she does really listens just overall great person Everyone at the community seem to be happy from the residence to the staff. I came in around lunchtime and the food smelled so good.

I cannot say enough good things about Arbor Landing at Compass Point! My parents were in crisis because my 85 y/o father broke his ankle and my mom was taking care of him. This place was a godsend, so well run, the Director, [name removed], made it so seamless to get my parents in quickly, the apt was beautiful and just what they needed for respite care. The staff was friendly and competent, a wonderful home away from Home. Clean, beautifully and superbly furnished with handicap bars and large bathrooms. Food delivery if necessary and always[ a helpful person if you needed anything. Highly recommend!!

Great staff. [name removed] was very accommodating. We were scrambling to get my brother in law tranfered out of rehab into an assisted living facility. Falls river went out of there way to meet are needs and get us situated and established in a nice room with good food and friendly staff. Family is very happy with facility

I don't deal much with the staff since I'm 3,000 miles away. My ratings above are based on daily phone calls with Mom plus our twice a year visits. Because she's in a 2 bedroom apartment paying one half of the total cost. Her portion is less expensive than a one bedroom apartment, although she's very lonely because they haven't replaced her apartment mate who had to leave due to health problems.

All of the staff and residents at Arbor Landing Compass Pointe have been extremely friendly and helpful.
