Spring Oak Senior Living

We were recommended to the community by a friend, who is a nurse. My mother was in rehab, following a fall and we toured the community. I can honestly say it was an answer to all of our prayers. It was everything we had hoped for for our mother. It truly couldn’t have been any better. Everyone we met has been kind and helpful. We recommend this community.

The studio apartment is bright and roomy. The rooms are kept clean. The staff is very friendly and the care has been very good

I moved from a rehab facility to Spring Oak in December of 2025. My experience has been very pleasant. The activities are excellent. I enjoy working on the community give back team and making sandwiches for the homeless. The food is really good and the staff and residents are very nice.

Everyone was very friendly and made my mother feel very comfortable. She has selected this residence out of the several that we toured.

[name removed] is an excellent representative of spring oak the tour shows everything that you would want for your loved one to live there he's very knowledgeable of the people who are there and plus he is very knowledgeable of giving you directions on things you would need thank you again for your hard work and for taking care of our loved one [name removed]

This facility is so nice. The areas are clean and smells great, the staff are amazing and the food is great as well. If you do not like the food, they offer alternative choices. The residents are always smiling and activities are always keeping them busy.

I worked with Paige for the intake. She was so helpful videotaped some rooms for us ,how far it was from the dining area to where her room would be very friendly professional, a real joy to work with. There's always 5 to 6 activities a day there's day trips arranged weekly as well. Monthly birthday party. Another big plus was the variety in the rooms not everything was uniform. So it made it more unique and could be tailored to the individual.

The staff is very attentive to his needs. His studio apartment is kept clean. His laundry is done weekly. Overall very happy with Spring Oak. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

My parents love the activities! They regularly have musical entertainment, as well as crafts. My mother participate in the garden club, beautifying the outdoor courtyard in the back. The staff is very friendly and kind to my parents

All is well. Spring Oak at Bedford has worked out very well. We have no concerns about the care given and if something should come up they are very quick to notify us. It is a very pleasant community and they have made several friends.

Staff is courteous and conscientious when caring for my mother. They are very open and cooperative with me about her needs. Very quick to remedy whatever occurs. Mom is happy and thriving there.

Spring Oak at Conway was exactly the right choice for my husband's care. The accommodations were basic as I expected and the staff were very friendly, helpful and supportive considering my husband's limitations. I definitely would recommend this facility.

It's only been a month but so far all the staff I have dealt with have been fantastic, caring and always willing to help, The place is very clean, and the 1 bedroom studio my father has is fairly large, My father says the food is pretty good. His only complaint at this time is they wake him up to take his medicine, which is perfect to me because now I know he is taking them, [Name Removed] has been a blessing, she was able to convince my father to give Spring Oak a try, we were unsuccessful for a year.

[name removed] is in independent living. There isn't much to rate in terms of care. I cannot speak to the meals and dining. With the activities, I've seen some great things, buttge routine activities seem more geared to woman than men. I think I would recommend this community to others. They've certainly been very responsive to me and quick to accommodate [name removed] needs.

The staff promptly attends to your needs. Rooms are cleaned daily. Personal laundry is done weekly. Bed sheets are changed weekly. Showers are given twice weekly. Bus trips and eateries are offered. Entertainment is provided such as karaoke and live entertainment. Movies are shown weekly. Three meals are served daily with snacks in between. I'm very satisfied with my choice to call this home.

The apartment size is plenty of room for a couple. The care they have received has been excellent. They enjoy their meals and have made several friends. Grounds are well maintained and it is a quiet setting. Renovations are going on but that has not seemed to be an issue. Staff is helpful and friendly. Very pleased so far.

I'm generally pleased with Spring oaks but there have been a few bumps in the road. His USB-C cube was stolen (replaced by staff). Crazy, but a pkg of picture hanging hooks were stolen. B4 he got there, I informed them that he has to be witnessed taking his meds. Apparently they just leave them & assume he will take them. I was asked if he would go to PT & I agreed. Onsite PT would be out of plan so expensive. I was told that other in plan PT also go there. That was over 2 weeks ago & I have heard nothing. That said, the people are generally helpful & caring.

Staff is very friendly and most of them really care and respect my Mom. She loves her apartment. Not very mobile so she can't take take advantage of all the amenities. We had visited several places and we really like the staff and her accommodations. The handyman helped us through any task that she needed. Speech therapist was the most helpful.

Spring Oak is a wonderful place with kind and caring staff. The food is great, apartment size is very comfortable, ambiance lovely.
