Saw this awhile back. It's okay, but I think we like others better.

Beautiful building(1929) but poor neighborhood.

This was a nice community very nicely decorated. The staff was very nice and friendly. After touring the community I decided it was not going to be a good fit.

The person we were suppose to meet with, Philip, was not there as scheduled. We had to wait awhile for someone else to help us.

My mother lived there from [date removed] to her death in [date removed]. Though her death was a year ago, I continue to ruminate about my experiences and the utter incompetence of the previous and even worse incompetence of the current Executive Director. Neither has any managerial skills. WRT the current ED, in my experience, she has BEYOND POOR judgment, is untrustworthy and stays in her office 'fiddling' instead of patrolling the property to make sure all is well and safe, and that employees see that they are being observed. However, often she is out sick or for some other reason, which is why I called her the "Part-Time ED". She has no presence! What she has is over-confidence while being entirely incompetent, the worst combination. I have ~2000 emails, a file 4" deep [removed] of hard copies of emails of complaints and confirmations of agreement so there was always documentation, always copying the CEO and/or COO. The building is lovely and the person in charge of Dining is wonderful.

They say everything you want to hear so they get your commitment. When your working with real people and families you need to have a heart. Beyond disappointed with false promises. Be careful. We are real people with hearts and you more than failed us when we were already sooo vulnerable.

Brand New building and already going downhill. They will promise you the world to get you to move in and it's all lies. Poor communication from staff to residents and families. Very disappointed so far.

ever since springpoint took over services have declined. They are curently trying to take advantage of my mother by increasing her monthly charge. Service is terrible and nobody wantsd to do their job. [name removed]

STAY AWAY FORM THIS PLACE!! We inspected this place thoroughly with our mother before she moved in and she had a great time and great living conditions as long as she was independent. As soon as her health started to decline it was a different story. The care was terrible. When she went to their "Health Center", we would often show up unexpected and find her sitting in clothes soaked in urine. This caused her to have many urinary tract infections. When her mental health declined, their lawyers sent us a letter saying that they were not licensed for dementia care. They kicked her out as soon as her declining balance was gone. Don't be fooled by the sales talk!
