I recently toured the facility with my mother and father and we absolutely loved it. The sales director Stacy was fantastic and was very knowledgeable. We decided to go ahead and move Mom and Dad in. Highly recommend this community for your loved one.

My father in law has been a resident for almost a year. The staff all know him by name, are very friendly with him and are very responsive to his needs. The facility is clean and appears to be well run. The meals are good and there is always an option to get soup if what is being served is not of interest to the resident. There are ample opportunities to participate in activities and socialize with other residents.

[name removed] did a fantastic job giving me a tour of Randall Residence. Was able to see a newly remodeled apartment, which was beautiful! Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Gaither Suites' staff is amazing! Always friendly and treat mom with kindness and dignity. Mom enjoys the activities and usually attends a few. She especially enjoys the visits to restaurants and playing bingo. Food is good and plentiful, she loves the deserts. The facilities are clean, the staff does a great job emptying her trash and cleaning her room. I can't say enough good things about Gaither Suites, it's a good fit for mom and me. I know they are taking good care of her and I am grateful for all their help!

[name removed] of course did a great job of showing me all of the great rooms and explain how I could afford Randall and the benefits of living there. However, I found another really good place which would be closer to my family. Thanks!

Arbor Landing Pawleys is truly lovely! It's beautifully decorated, bright and airy with a tasteful southern flair. The staff is polite, attentive, respectful and so engaging with the folks who live there. Also, so very clean! Definitely what one looks for in a community.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arbor Landing in Pawleys Island SC and the care they have provided for my mom over the past five years. Placing a loved one in memory care is never easy, but Arbor Landing has given our family tremendous peace of mind. The staff treat my mom with kindness, patience, dignity, and compassion, and they take time to truly know her as an individual. Over the years they have become much more than caregivers- they have become an important part of our family’s journey. Knowing that my mom is safe, loved and well cared for is most important. I am truly thankful for everyone at Arbor Landing who has cared for my mom and made her year’s meaningful and comfortable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Arbor Landing to any family looking for a wonderful assisted living or memory care community. We feel so blessed to have found them.

I especially appreciate the communication. In many communities communication is almost impossible. At Arbor Landing someone always answers the phone and addresses any and all questions and concerns.

I was very impressed by the warmth and cleanliness of Arbor Landings at Pawleys. The rooms and common spaces were attractive and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. There were a variety of activities going on that residents were enjoying during my visit, including a musical performance by local students. What a delight to see the interaction and appreciation between the residents and young children!

Beautiful location, lovely atmosphere and caring staff. Have visited many times and quality is consistent.

I had a very comfortable and informative tour with [name removed]. I have been hesitant to move my Dad for quite some time now. I now feel more informed and realize now is the time to make this all happen.

This is a beautiful facility. Although limited amenities, it’s perfect for an elderly person. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Residents seemed to be enjoying the activities. Super clean, and rooms were very nice. Although we have decided to stay where we are for as long as we can manage, Arbor Landing will be a top choice when we get to a point where driving and health become too challenging to stay in our current home.

Everything and everyone provided excellent care during the brief time my mother was there. The staff was incredibly helpful with information, took the time to listen, and appeared to genuinely care for all patients and their families. Food looked good. They offer daily activities for everyone. We had a studio room and it had plenty of livable space available.

I can honestly say a 5 stars for all categories!! My mother-in-law is so happy there! My husband and I have been very happy with staff responses to her needs as well. Thank you to you and your staff for helping us with this journey. I've already been recommending Seagrass Villages and your service with people in our condo building.

Dad is inspired by the exercise program that he does three times a week, he really enjoys that and it's helping him be healthier. He enjoys the camaraderie in the outdoor gatherings, just off the front porch area. His apartment is a one bedroom that is a mini version of his old home, which was quite a bit larger, but it was big enough to make it feel like home and move his own stuff in there. The staff is professional enough, yet it still feels like a family who cares. [name removed], the main nursing staff person, is the sweetest, nicest, caring person that you could imagine. The way he engages with dad is a bit supernatural. Stacy is always on point if you need something to get done. The shower people, the laundry people, the activity people, the care people, all good.

My loved one is a resident in memory care. The staff absolutely adores my Mom, and are always attentive to her needs. The entire building feels cozy and everyone is friendly. They go all out for birthdays and holidays to make the residents feel special.

Everyone is very attentive and with a smile . The activity and food is wonderful. Everything is discussed monthly along with monthly calendars. There is even in house physical occupational and speech therapy.

Recently toured this facility. The staff was very friendly. The facility was clean and well maintained. Beautiful decor in the building. Residents were sitting out on the front porch enjoying the weather.

Not only is walking into this building, like walking into a beautiful quaint coastal home but the residents are active, engaged and happy to be here. A joy visiting with them.

Staff great! love activities! Food very good! room is great and so is cleanliness! My mom has told us every day how much she enjoys being there and that she wished she had done it a long time ago she said there's nothing to say bad about it. Everything is great my sister and I from the beginning to now have had nothing but great experiences with [name removed] and [name removed] they have been very prompt, nice considerate and wonderful to all of us and we all are very happy with everything and my sister and I both say the same thing. My mom has said that we wished we had done this sooner.
