The staff is amazing! They are very helpful and welcomed my mom with open arms and a literal red carpet when she arrived. Her apartment is very nice and clean. I decorated it for her and she likes it. They have lots of activities to keep her busy. I'd give them an enthusiastic 5 stars! I would recommend them and already have with my coworker who is looking for a place for her father.

The facility is very clean and well decorated. Everyone was very welcoming, and the process of getting her application in and moved in was supportive. We applied at a time when they had a special rate for the one time fee and the room rent. The front desk staff, especially [name removed], are kind and helpful. The room has a nice area with a small sink with ample cupboards and drawers, as well as a good size refrigerator/freezer. We were able to bring a small microwave. There is a carpeted area and a portion that is LVP, I believe. The bathroom is a good size, with a shower and sink. There are two good sized windows with blinds. I'd say most all staff are very nice. There was one who wasn't kind, but when my mother shared her experience with her with other staff, they apparently addressed her attitude. I'm not sure she is even still employed. My mom has her favorites though. She loves the therapists through Fox who work with her. They've done great work with her. I think the food I've had that they offer on a daily basis has been quite good. My mother has liked a lot of of that, too, but has some occasional complaints. Her challenge is being a diabetic and not being able to have some of the good stuff! She has chosen not to really participate in the activities, other than some of the exercises, so I can't really speak to that much. I have found them to be very good at communicating any health concerns/treatment changes with me. Overall, it's been a great choice having her there!

It's a great place and the people they are also caring is very important to the employees that their clients are taken care of. I love it there from my mom I recommended to anybody.

A clean well-cared for space. Not many folks were there because they were on a field trip to a movie - a good thing. The rooms I saw were about the right size for someone with dementia. I had a good feeling from beginning to end. The only detractor was my getting there and getting back again - I'll blame this on my unfamiliarity with the area and road system.

Our first impression was it is beautiful and well maintained. We have peace of mind knowing they're taking good care of our step father.

Everyone I came in contact, from the person at the front desk, to the people who I happened to meet in the hall, were helpful, courteous and friendly. [name removed], who took me on a tour and explained everything was knowledgeable and kind. The facility is beautiful.

The trip was just what I needed to see and the explanations were right on. I would like to pursue. The property is clean. The rooms are good size. The food looks excellent and I did have a chat with a manager of the food production. Pardon for me not commenting sooner. There is a problem with “power of attorney “ that is nonsense.

The staff is truly wonderful! Always there to help with anything! 1,2 bedrooms, gally kit, laundry fac., nice bathrooms, bedroom closets good size. COME SEE!

Kind, caring and excellent. Could not have been a better staff, facility, environment than it is!! My mom loves it there. The staff and care went above and beyond! Anyone looking for a wonderful caring community for their loved one, who is in between personal care/assisted living and "full-on" memory care the "bridges" community is ideal!! My only regret is that we didn't find Arbor Terrace "bridges" community earlier!!

Overall we feel very fortunate that we found Arbor terrace for my dad. It is a very good fit for him and we don't worry about his safety or his well being.

The facility was amazing. Beautiful floorplan and great amenities. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location was excellent. Close to everything. Whitney provided with a tour. She was very informative and answered all my questions.

Arbor Terrace is a safe ,friendly, clean and comfortable residence where the caring atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The Executive Director, Farah Siddiqui, is an exceptional leader who is always available to residents. Undrey Fuller, the business Director, it’s friendly and equally accessible.Uluwehi “Vayhee” Uyeunten, Sales Director, is sweet and makes every interaction feel welcoming and comfortable. Brian Thompson, the Maintenance Director (who oversees the housekeeping staff) ensures everything runs smoothly. The housekeeping team doesn’t exceptional job in our apartments once a week, and laundry service is provided weekly as well. Chi Chi (Chinonye Nwachukwu), the Wellness/resident care, director, lead the nurses and care team with dedication. The 24 hour nursing care is invaluable for peace of mind. Many activities are planned throughout the day. The entire staff is compassionate and consistently goes out of their way to make the residents happy. -

Our tour guide/sales representative was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the seeming bond between colleagues and care givers throughout the facility and the manner with which they treated residents. The building itself was very clean and quite well-appointed, and the mature trees off the main patio and along the walking path were lovely. I would definitely recommend Arbor Terrance to anyone looking for personal care in the Newtown Square area.
