I recently toured The Willows in Blackfoot. From the street, the facility looks well kept and maintained. When entering the facility you are welcomed with an inviting atmosphere that felt like a home. We were greeted by the sales director and he was a wonderful young man that was very happy to see us and excited to show us the facility even though we did not have an appointment. We got all of our questions answered and we feel like we received precise current pricing and availability. The facility has been obviously well maintained and it felt clean throughout the whole tour. We were able to meet some floor staff and residents and all seemed genuinely happy to be there. We are just in the beginning of the search for placing our mother within the next three months and The Willows is definitely towards the top.

Staff has been great. Food always smells good & my mom hasn't complained about anything but the oatmeal. Haha Apartment is pretty spacious. We've been able to bring everything to keep her comfortable. Seems clean. Housekeeping has done a good job weekly.

A Place for Mom gave me permission to grieve my father's decline due to dementia while providing an unexpected level of emotional support I needed to make this decision. Placing my dad in his senior assisted living home has improved both his life and mine. He has flourished, including gaining independence and making friends. He is a happiest I've seen him in years. The Pines, they have been fantastic for the most part. The staff is great. The one bedroom apartment is extremely roomy, and the meals are great. My dad is definitely settling in nicely and I think is very renewed and excited to have a group of friends for the first time in a very, very long time. He goes out on outings and has a great time.

I only have positive feedback for Ashford Court. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is always clean. My in-law are treated exceptionally. They met or exceeded my expectations on service, cleanliness and facilities.

The facility was very impressive. Clean and friendly. The food was tasty and adequate for a senior citizen. The Staff were helpful and friendly. I am just not ready to give up my automobile at this time and I would have to to be able to afford the monthly stay.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of Red Bluff Senior Living. The staff were very friendly and answered all of my concerns. The residents that I was privileged to meet, were friendly, cheerful, and very welcoming. Red Bluff Senior Living is definitely a facility that I would readily recommend to people requiring this type of accommodation.

The people were very friendly, the place was clean, and my father could afford it on his income. Based on the experience we would recommend Ashford Court to other families.

They were very accommodating and helpful. The staff and residents are very nice. The food rating is going to be a 3. My aunt does not like the lunches or dinners. The rooms and community areas are clean. It is a nice facility. I would highly recommend Evergreen Estates

I would easily say 5 across the board. The safe is always friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The apartments are very comfortable and the whole facility is clean.

I would give a '5'. the 'best'. to each of the above categories! at Cardinal it's kept very clean .. happy that they do such a good job that way & the food is really good too ! i love that we can have porches to enjoy & little areas for planting flowers or vegetables ! the people are friendly that work here, as well as the residents on the whole! i highly recommend this as a retirement center ( village ). the fact that a bus can take residents to stores, church & etc is great too !

My tour was very informative. The facility is lovely. However, when I'm looking for independent living, l find that this type of community is offering services that I don't need right now and that it seems that paying for 3 meals a day that are served at specific times does not allow for my independent schedule. I moved back into my family home when my mother was 92 years old. She had reached the point where she would have benefited from Sentinel Pointe if she didn't have me. Now I'm downsizing from that family home. However, I'm still independent. I would love Sentinel Pointe if I was at the stage my mother was when I moved back in with her. Now I'm not ready to my such a dramatic commitment.

The staff is exceptional, very caring, supportive, fun, wanting what's best and treat us as individuals We don't personally receive any nursing help, but have observed that they are that way too. Our kids are amazed, as are we at the huge amount of good activities there are. The food is improving with the great new chef we have Cleanliness is very good and our apartment is cleaned every Monday as well changing bedding and washing the dirty ones.. our apartment is just the right size for the 2 of us and our dog. The only concern we have is that aesthetically this place is very old and much of it needs serious fixing.

All 5's! Great place! What we like the most about the community is the great layout, easy access and the great food. We like the staffs kindness, all of the activities and the screened in porch. Overall it is very safe and we would recommend Cardinal Retirement Village to other families. [name removed], from A Place for Mom, was a great help to us and I will be forever grateful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean, nice and neat, and there were no smells of any kind. My father in law felt ok. We moved him in 3 days later.

Great experience from touring to securing a room for dad. Nice-sized rooms, staff is super friendly and there are many activities to participate in. Room is cleaned weekly, vacuuming and trash removed, towels and bedding changed and washed.

5 for all categories. The apartments are very nice and spacious for what my mom needs. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I have regular activities and the meals are good.

I had never had to look for senior living before, so visiting several communities to find the right place for my amazing friend was a new experience for me. Out of all the places we toured, this community was by far the best fit for her. She has a dog, so finding a pet-friendly environment was very important, and this place truly welcomed both of them. The staff have been wonderful every step of the way, and a special shout-out goes to, the director, who has been incredibly helpful, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire process. I stayed for lunch one day, and despite not usually liking pork chops, I can honestly say it was the best pork chop I've ever had. Everyone here has been amazing, from the cooks and waitstaff to the reception team, housekeeping staff, and everyone in between. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care have made what could have been a stressful transition feel much easier. I highly recommend The Pines.

The staff and the food are very good. The staff is cordial and understanding.

[name removed] , [name removed] and all the staff at Ashford Court were wonderful. They cared for my mother very well and kept me informed of any changes. They involved my mom in activities if she was able to participate. [name removed] was helpful in choosing Apt 70 for my mom which was quite spacious for her needs. I was glad I chose Ashford Court for my mom's memory care. It felt safe for her and lifted worry from me knowing she was cared for very well.
