Staff & administrators work very closely together with excellent communication. Our family member loved the food they served, and was always asked to participate in the many activities they had each day. Staff was very attentive to the residents with lots of patience. Facility was always clean and maintained. Highly recommend!!!

My mil is VERY well cared for. Her spacious room is kept clean. ALL staff are kind to her and our family. Whenever grandchildren visit, they remark how friendly everyone is. Many activities are available to [name removed], but she chooses to not participate in most. She is never forced, only asked. I believe that gives her a much-needed sense of independence at a time in her life when that is becoming less and less. On our side of things, the transition of moving [name removed] into Stonegate was quick. It occurred in exactly one week, and I know that was due to the capable and thoughtful staff.

Our dad is a resident of stonegate. It's always enjoyable visiting him there. He's very busy with all the fun activities they do. He enjoys the frequent field trips they take him on. And the kitchen staff keeps him fed with the great meals they prepare. Excellent communication with the executive director, activity administrator, Chef, and caregivers. And the maintenance department is ready to do anything asked of them. All the workers here keep us well informed on how our dad is doing. It is obvious they care about all the residents. Thank you Stonegate!!

Everyone was caring, helpful, and treated Mom and everyone in our family with respect. Everyone seemed happy, lots of fun activities. So helpful in everything. They were compassionate. Listened carefully. Food was great. Great place to have loved ones live when needed.

They have followed through on the promises made during our initial tour and provide exactly what we were looking for clinically. There is a genuine warmth the moment you walk through the doors. They have truly built a special relationship with my Mother and all the members of our family. I want to thank the dedicated nurses, therapists, life enrichment, and dining teams for working together to create a vibrant and welcoming environment for my family.

Pleasant environment: physically and emotionally. I was greeted and welcomed at the door. I was directed to where I could have my questions answered. The resident room I enter was clean and safely laid out. Caregivers engaged the residents in conversations and activities.

Took our preschool for Dr. Suess's birthday. Very fun and creative event. Can't wait to go back. They thought of everything a d provided everything. We just showed up, had fun, and left.

The people were wonderful with my father, who is in the memory care unit. Very thoughtful and always trying to think of ways to help him better.

Staff is caring and good with the residents. It is a friendly environment and concerns are addressed promptly. The facility is clean and feels like home. Staff treats the residents like family and are always willing to go above and beyond to help.

I would rate each of them 5 except for food. I would give that a 4 only because it could have been healthier. It usually had too much salt but it was tasty. We would absolutely recommend this community to others. I couldn't have found a better place for my father. I also appreciate your help in finding such a wonderful place.

My dad passed away there he was under hospice care near the end and the family was there more they offered meals to all of us was bringing coffee & snacks to the room was there to talk to us as much as needed answering any questions we had or just there to comfort us!??

When it comes to the care services, they are not always quick to respond to the call button when someone calls for assistance. It may be several minutes and multiple rings to get a response from a caregiver. Not sure on the value for cost, I don't have anyplace else to compare it to. I am impressed with the interaction between the many residents, with the staff members, and many visitors that are welcomed there. Many activities going on another same times to meet the mental, physical and emotional needs.

My brother and I have gratitude for the love and care the staff showed to our father during his 3 year stay there. Dad was ambulatory when he came there, but he did lose some of his mobility and strength during his tenure at Stonegate, and the staff had to work harder to keep up with my father's needs. They did so with warmth, humor and caring. These folks were my father's second family, and I had no doubts they were looking after him when my brother and I could not be there, particularly [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] and others.

My dad was a resident of Stonegate for 3 years. His health declined steadily over that time and the staff were there every step of the way to keep up with his needs. He loved it there and it became home to him. The staff were kind, caring and to say they went the extra mile is an understatement. I would recommend Stonegate to anyone who cares deeply for there aging loved one. You won't regret it.

I would rate all of those categories a 5, as we are definitely very satisfied with the way she was treated an truly appreciate the care and attention she received throughout the enter experience.

Everyone there from the administrative to the kitchen to the nurses and aides, are all so kind and attentive to my mom. They all help out where needed, even if it's not their usual job. And they put real effort into making it a clean, comfortable, enjoyable, safe place to live. They have activities, music, and family events and are very open to include us in everything. And their food is great. My mom is very happy there.

Everyone at walkers trail were so good to my mother while she was there. She has passed away but we appreciate the staff at walkers

[name removed] is a hard worker and get her work done. She is very friendly and does extras for her residents she has my room cleaned when I get back from breakfast and it’s nice to have a clean room.

They were extremely helpful and responded to all concerns in a timely manner. The staff treated Dad like family and did everything they could to make his last days comfortable.

When my grandma started there, she started in the assisted-living she was able to make a lot of friends do some great activities. She loved the outings. She loved the bingo. She loved the food. We actually had to get a copy of the activity calendar so we knew where she would be every day. Later on my grandma‘s dementia advanced and she went into their memory care assisted-living called the legacy. I can’t thank the staff enough for how they treated her how they treated us like family and they were with us every step of the way until she passed away. The staff was so caring from the nurses all the way to housekeeping, even the chefs were so wonderful!
