My husband & I had a great tour, the facility was clean and would be somewhere I would consider for myself in the future. The menu was extensive plus the option for a la cart options. We like the pool are and the game room as well. I liked that the idea that there are options for assisted living if needed down the road.

It had all of the earmarks of a new place! It was bright and cheery with friendly faces of staff and residents.

I and 3 sons, 3 daughter in laws and a granddaughter toured and found it to be a beautiful facility. Loved the aviance /atmosphere and the variety of activities and amenities available. Honestly, at this time I am looking for a retirement community primarily with safety features but not assisted living ie. Med prep or help with showering. I feel I would be paying for the services even not using them. Should I need assisted living, Ridgemere would be a place I would readily consider.

The facility was beautiful. I was greeted at the front desk and shown to a lovely space to meet with marketing director. She was very professional and personable. She took time to get to know me and learn about my mother and what we were looking for in facility. We took a tour of the community with a full explanation of residential life there. I did not feel rushed and all my questions were thoroughly answered. This was the only facility so far that sent me thank you note for coming!

[name removed] was very informative. Answered all my questions. Very happy with the tour. I felt very welcomed when offered something to drink and a small platter of food. The buildings were very well maintained. The memory care was beautiful and also welcoming.

Staff - The staff has all been so amazing! Some of the friendliest people I've ever met. And they truly care about the residents and they truly enjoy their jobs! Activities - although I have not participated in any of the activities myself personally, there always seems to be something fun going on. You've somehow even got my mom to play bingo!!! ?? Food - we have sampled the food and it is fantastic! And we love the menu and the venue. Such a beautiful atmosphere. Cleanliness - the whole place is so clean! And smells amazing too. Smell can be a big issue in assisted living environments Room size - I feel that my mom's room is very spacious and comfortable. At first we were concerned it might not be big enough but now we see that she has room to spare!

I would give 5 for all. newly remodeled independent area. Apartments are large and I would recommend this community to other families.

We really liked the facility. And the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside was the costing of the care package.

The staff and residents were immediately welcoming. We met 2 Ambassadors on the tour and were very happy with their excitement at our considering residency. The Chef bringing warm cookies and homemade ice cream was a pleasant surprise.

My mother in law has had a wonderful experience at Kentridge. She enjoys the food, activities and staff. They were very kind and compassionate when my father in law was placed on hospice and then passed away. We are very grateful for the time she has spent there while her modular home was being built in our garage.

i liked the facility because of good location in green suburb of Cleveland, good design of the building, and friendly staff.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the community. We found the facility to be very warm and inviting. She explained the dining situation. It was so good to know that the hours are not limited to certain times. Overall we loved the place. We are interested in a two bedroom, two bath unit. We were disappointed when we learned that there are only one bedroom suites in assisted living. That would be a deal breaker.

We felt welcomed and the staff seemed happy. The residents were active and engaged with each other and the staff. The building was bright and sunny. There were several areas for the residents to sit and enjoy the view.

My visit was absolutely fabulous! You guys have this down to a perfect science of what I would love to live in for senior living. For me at this time, I don’t think I’m quite ready for that type of living. One of my passions is cooking and I love to cook for others. I know I could get an apartment with the kitchen. I just think for me at this time I should cook for myself and not have all of the meals provided. However, with that said there will come a time that I will want that and you guys are absolutely the best I’ve ever seen. Friendly people the resident all seemed happy and were friendly to me. Just looks like a great place to live. The other thing for me is I need a garage. I have a historical car that I like to show often and I need it to be where I’m at and accessible to me at all times. Those are the only two drawbacks for me at this time in my life. I will definitely keep you at the very top of my list for the future. Thank you very much for taking time your staff is awesome

I arrived here about a month ago, and I am very pleased with the location, size of my apartment, food service, house-keeping, administrative, nursing, and maintenance. I do feel safe and love the welcoming at home feeling as soon as you enter the building. Your family and friends don't even have to come to your apartment, they can visit you in the front area or enjoy eating in the dining area. I have everything I need food, shelter, transportation, and physical and spiritual activities to keep me busy.

All are the highest score except for I had food before. That was over the top dry. They could probably do better on that. [name removed] and her staff provide excellent care. Very responsive and thorough. Physical Therapy is very helpful to keep my mother strong. In house hair salon is very helpful. Staff is friendly. The apartment size is good size and very nice. The service in the dining area can be slow to take orders. Also food is sometimes a bit overcooked. Overall great place though.

After my dad had a stroke and his health declined, our family was faced with the difficult decision of how to best care for him. [name removed] was extremely helpful! He was sensitive to the nature of our needs, patient and professional. He provided beautiful brochures and a tour of the well maintained assisted living facility. [name removed] answered our difficult questions and gave us personal time to make decisions. On behalf of my family, many thanks to [name removed] and the staff at Freemont Living Center who cared enough to make a difference during an emotional time.

Very nice building and people. Everyone was friendly. We got a snack! Yum. Checking out a few other places.

[name removed] gave us a great tour. There was a scheduling conflict at first but we were able to work through that. I appreciate [name removed] effort to resolve it especially since I was coming in from out of town to tour the facility with my mom.

Was met promptly by our guide. Shown all areas of interest. All prices and covered items discussed. Liked the facility very much. Waiting list.
