The staff was awesome! The facility was easy to find, and the staff was always available. They took excellent care of my Dad. He felt cared for and safe, and he was treated with respect and dignity. The activity people would come and bring him activities when he did not want to go to them. The food always looked and smelled awesome! I snuck some bites of my Dad’s food sometimes—it was homemade and delicious. His room was spacious, and he had his own bathroom with a nice, large shower. Housekeeping kept his room very clean and cleaned up any messes promptly. It never smelled like a nursing home there. It was just an overall awesome place. I wish he could have been there longer. My mom wants to go there when her time comes. As a family, we donated a Keurig for the staff in Lodge Two in memory of my Dad, to thank them for all they do.

The care services is a 4 however a family member there everyday. Those didn't have family seem to get forgotten 3. The staff are very helpful through the process always willing to do try things when dealing with dad. During the week very active. Weekend nothing. Spoke to them about it.

My experience has not changed. I would highly recommend your facility. My mom was only there for a month.

Specifically, Vibrant staff in memory care have been very helpful. Our needs don't include bells and whistles, as my family member is also cared for by hospice. I'm very impressed how clean it is every time we visit. In addition, because my family member is in memory care, and their social and physical abilities have deteriorated, many of the activities, outings, and social events offered by Vibrant and other senior care communities didn't appeal to them. So we selected accordingly.

They were wonderful but my step dad was only there for one month as his condition worsened and he is now in a nursing home.

You can find staff easy, they were always around to help . Always interacting with the residents. Genuinely care. When my dad was acting out with his dementia, I was there , and they treated the situation calmly, and caring. Very professional.very well trained. As he was passing away, all staff came in one by one to say their goodbyes. And told us stories about him. They truly liked my Dad. They said he could be grumpy at times, but was sweet and he always said thank you ?? His room was always kept clean and organized. The food he was served looked and smelled delicious, every time., he was always clean and kept tidy looking It was awesome! I wish he could have been there longer

I am impressed with their response to medical issues and emergencies. Dad has had quite a few medical issues and they have been right on top of everything from the start. And they're very good at communicating everything to me, as well, in real time.

The staff is great and her room and the facility was clean. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Recently checked out Vibrant Life Temperance. It's a great community that's tucked away in a quiet corner of Temperance, not too far from the Ohio state line. The room I saw was very clean. It's not a huge assisted living, but it does have pretty large and nice common areas. The staff there is very understanding and they take time to answer your questions. Residents were out of their rooms and there were some activities going on. Their price point is very reasonable for what they're offering in terms of the room and the care! Definitely recommend adding it to your list of places to check out.

They guided me through every step and have provided Dad not only with a safe place to live, but provided me with peace of mind. The food is very good and the facility is clean. Dad has had several emergencies requiring hospitalization and the staff was always quick to let me know what's been going on. I'm impressed with their organization and the team approach to elder care.

My Mom was only the 10 days before she passed. The staff was very attentive to not only my mom's need, but also to mine. They were very caring. Vibrant life is a great community.

My elderly father was a resident at Vibrant life. He often commented on the staff and care that they gave him, and that some felt like family. Rooms were clean, meals served warm, activities for all interests, my dad was especially proud of the garden he had worked this summer. It’s a lovely place for the residents to live and family to visit.

It is a very nice place with beautiful grounds well kept. Staff is wonderful and very caring. Overall very pleased.

I was in need of temporary to permanent care for my mother who has cognitive issues and has been unhappy for several years. I worked with [name removed] at both the Sterns location as well as the cottages. [name removed] was such a great help and went over and above for me since my mother wasn't happy at the Sterns location which she only spent a day at. She was moved the following day so that she could have her own bathroom and that still wasn't good enough for her. [name removed] rearranged his day in order to accommodate moving my unhappy mother. Both locations were clean and the staff that I met was very friendly. I had a short and limited experience, but it was all very good on my end.

The staff did an excellent job working with my dad, he could be a handful at times. They worked really hard with him making sure that he would eat and addressed his daily needs as well. The community was very nice and I felt my dad was well taken care of.

My experience at Vibrant Life has been very positive. I must disclose I have been involved as a vendor. I think they have really improved a great deal in the last 12 months. They have a new executive director and that has made a huge difference. They also have a new memory care director who is very professional. In the memory care they really show compassion. What I like most about Vibrant Life is how personable the staff is and how caring they are. They truly care about each person who lives there. And they are the only assisted living I know that has activities seven days a week. I would put my Mom there if she needed a place. And, it's affordable.

I toured Vibrant Life to make a plan for my mom, should she ever need assisted living instead of her apartment. The building was clean and home-y and smelled nice, and the people who lived there looked like they were having fun with an exercise. Their staff also seemed to be very friendly. I'm hoping to move my mom to Vibrant if she ever needs more than her apartment!

Each and every day one of you have given of yourselves to make our loved ones life a little easier, even if they couldn't acknowledge you. We know how much they loved the attention and affection you showed by the big smiles on their face. They loved the kisses, the hugs, the tickles, the dancing, and just seeing all your beautiful faces. We brought a member of our family to you to take care of, and in return we ended up caring about all of you as our family. We are truly grateful and feel blessed to have met each and everyone of you. We couldn't have asked for better care than my Mother-in-law received. Her caregivers went above and beyond. The atmosphere was cheerful and friendly. They had lots of activities,and planned musical entertainment, which the residents seemed to enjoy. The meals were also very good a bit bland but, you must remember most residents are on special diets. We would highly recommend Vibrant Life for the care of a loved one.

I have been working with Tina at Vibrant Life Senior Living, Temperance and she has been excellent! We have already placed my 87 year old brother in law there and they are helping us bring my 86 year old sister in there with her husband. They have just been excellent. They communicate very well with the family to keep us up to date on how things are going. They have been very helpful, and not at all pushy.
