Senior Helpers - Knoxville, TN

About the facility

Senior Helpers pairs Knoxville residents with compassionate, professional in-home caregivers. Senior Helpers’ mission is to accommodate seniors who have made the choice to age in place in their homes, so that their family members can rest easy knowing that they are safe and supported. A Senior Helpers consultant will begin by providing a complimentary assessment of you and your loved one’s needs. Senior Helpers can also assist with moving your loved one and their belongings to a care home.

Senior Helpers’ professionals will provide a home safety assessment to ensure that your loved one can safely function within their home. Caregivers are trained in a continuum of services, including specialized care for individuals with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and dementia, chronic illnesses, stroke recovery, and mobility assistance needs.

Senior Helpers offers personalized care such as meal planning and grocery shopping, laundry, light housekeeping, and assistance with errands or transportation to appointments. Caregivers can provide companionship services such as reading aloud, participating in activities or games with your loved one, and making regular visits to ensure that your loved one’s social needs are met. Caregivers can assist with activities of daily living, provide respite care, and offer hospice and end of life care. Senior Helpers...
