The agency helped me by having dependable aides. The caregivers did everything well. The office staff returned phone calls, and they were easy to talk to. The caregiver took time to visit with him, and they did everything they were supposed to do.

They helped with things that he couldn't do. The caregiver helped him get comfortable and into the restroom. I didn't talk with the office staff; my sister did that for me. The caregiver is nice.

They are always on time , do things the way you want it , but they may have a better way. So give them a try.

Senior Helpers of Cerritos provides assistants for my son 3 days a week and extra support when needed. They are consistent, friendly, providing much needed support. My son has improved greatly with their support. He really appreciates, as do I, their support. It is such a peace of mind knowing they are there. They help with shopping, laundry, and other errands. They play games with him if time allows and even trim his hair. I am extremely thankful for them.

It is made positive by them always being here. The caregiver being consistent with the care that is needed, such as feeding him on time and making him walk. They are great at always letting us know if the caregiver will be late, and they are good at letting us know what is going on. So overall, great communication. They do the very best that they can to provide the caregiver that we request.

From the moment I reached out to them late Friday evening of Memorial Day weekend, the staff has been most kind and accommodating. I was not expecting to receive a call back until Tuesday morning. [name removed] returned the called within 15 minutes of contacting them by email. She came out Tuesday and met with my husband and me, and we started with the caregiver the following Monday. She and [name removed] helped us understand our LTC insurance policy for payment. The agency has been responsive with providing a caregiver that meets my husband’s needs.

[name removed] goes above and beyond, and is a perfect match for my grandpa. Anytime I have an issue or concern with one of the care attendants, I call it in and voice my concerns, and I am thoroughly heard. They are a vital part of my grandfather's routine because I am 3 hours away and can't be there. My grandfather looks forward to her coming every morning and afternoon. She makes his whole day and is our eyes and ears, and writes up reports to know exactly what is going on. The communication helps me. They call me if they aren't able to find someone to cover. They treat him like a grown man; they don't speak condescendingly.

Their attitude towards their job is very positive. The care and compassion they show to [name removed] is good, and through the notes they exchange, they understand what needs to be done. She needs people who are specially trained, and they do it very well. They do everything well. They make sure she's safe. They've been supportive, they listen, they take care of the needs we have, and they are positively responsive. They are compassionate, caring, and understanding of what needs to be done and the details involved in doing it. We are satisfied with everything at this point.

They have helped my mom stay active and engaged in life. She goes above and beyond and knows the needs of my mom and adapts daily. They let me know when the provider isn't available, and they offer subs. They are organized and flexible, and they meet my mom's needs as they come.

With flexible hours, that was greatly appreciated, the service was great. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

We needed caretaking on short notice and their Client Care Advisor promptly came to our home to get an understanding of what our needs were. She was empathetic and very easy to talk to. The caretakers were empathetic, reliable and very willing to fill extra time with light household chores. Communication with the company was excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about Home Instead Suffolk.
