Unfortunately, the particular needs we had made it difficult to schedule the same aides consistently each week. Those that I interacted with were friendly and competent. We didn't ask much of them as we basically needed someone to be in the house with Dad during the night. Most housekeeping tasks we took care of ourselves during the day.\n\nSH did their best to staff the hours we needed as consistently as possible. They communicated with me well, always following up on any requests/questions I had in a timely manner. I would recommend them as a possible resource.
