Also, the layout of the common rooms (their functions and activities) makes it easy to find and use (No getting lost here. The staff all do the job that is required of them. But, as in all settings, you tend to favor some more than others. I tend to avoid people that appear to be probing. On the other hand I understand that the organization needs to better understand the people that they're servicing. So that's a fine line for me. But generally speaking, the staff is courteous and helpful.
