We worked with [name removed], who was very nice and extremely accommodating. Can't say enough good things about here. We also loved Atria as a beautiful facility with very happy residents. My stepmother decided against moving there based solely on the fact that it would have required her to move 100 miles away from the city where her friends and doctors are. Everything else about it was perfect.

[name removed] was a fantastic tour guide. We felt comfortable asking any question and touring the facility was great experience. The facility was clean and full of great amenities for the residents including good food options -- a must have for my mom.

Apartment size is normal. Atria el Camino garden has two restaurants but one is constantly closing due to staffing shortages. The service for food tends to be a little slower then my mom likes. They just raised prices but still having staffing issues. They did the laundry and lost my moms sheets for her bed. So in general the staffing issues a issue

I was impressed with the facility. I'm disappointed that there are no rooms available at this time and we're on a waiting list. It really will depend on how long it takes to get off this list that will determine if I need to look elsewhere.

I met with one of the Community Sales Directors who was generous with her time. She provided me with information about the community and answered my questions and helped me understand what I might see with my husband as dementia progresses. She then gave me a tour of the community and then we followed up with further discussion about how medical services are provided. It was a very good learning experience for me.

Very pleasant people at this facility - both staff and residents. My sister was hesitant at the idea of assisted living but upon arrival and touring she immediately said this is where I want to be. Loved it all Restaurants, apartment and especially the library. The sales office was great to work with.

Faculty and staff are very nice and competent. Would have been nice if admin would have been more involved in move-in day. Apartments are small but functional. I can't think of any amenities they don't have! In apartment there's no dishwasher or disposal.

5's across the board, a very nice place and well run. [name removed] was so helpful and engaging when we first arrived. She invited us back the next day for lunch for [name removed] and 4siblings. She left us to discuss and looped back several times to answer questions knowing that it was a big family decision. This was key in our decision making. Very helpful approach. [names removed] were especially helpful in getting the Form 602 done. I am managing my sister's care in CA from AL and the staff at Atria is very open in their communication with me for her care.

I loved this facility. Very friendly people greeting me at the check in counter. I toured the facility with [name removed], who was very friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. I just loved her happiness and kindness to me and everyone we passed in the halls. I think what stood out for me at this facility was the two different places you could eat at. The main dining room is beautiful and the menu should please anyone. The snack bar is an added wonderful place to pick up a piece of fruit or already prepared sandwich/salad. The outside of the facility has lots of trees and places to sit. I’m sold.

The overall experience was great. The amenities were many and a third-party masseuse and hair salon was a great perk. However, when we tour the studio room, I was not able to enter into the restroom there because the doorway was too small and the toilet would have interrupted my chair from entering into the bathroom to use the sink and shower. We were shown a one bedroom that was not a model and I could easily move around in that apartment which means I could not get a studio there.

The visit to Atria Gardens was wonderful . I was treated like a guest in there home . The place was clean and nice , and the tour was un hurried and we met a lot of nice people both guests and employees . I would certainly recomend it . in fact we have just finished the papper work to move my wife to the memory care unit.

This is a wonderful place for seniors to live! Clean, cozy and inviting. Lots of amenities for a carefree life. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable staff. The Sales Associate, [Name Removed], is top notch! She knows all residents and greets them by name. She knows her business and readily answers all questions. She spends much time and energy with families of prospective residents understanding that this is an important move for their loved one.

Staff turnover has had negative impact. They have events frequently for the residents. They celebrate individuals as well. I still recommend.

Toured the Memory care area. I would have likely chosen this place but given that my husband who has Parkinson’s and may one day soon become immobile, he would have to be moved to a board and care facility or nursing home. I don’t want to move him twice so Atria would not work for us.

I really enjoyed my visit and your of the facility. It truly felt like a home community. Staff were helpful and kind. Grounds were outstanding. I felt very comfortable and at leave in the environment. The flexibility makes the experience so personal it felt customized just for me. I can easily see my self living here and enjoying the community and social events. Everyone seemed very happy

1. 5 2. 5 staff kept place to include personal rooms clean and picked up 3. 5 staff was very polite and caring 4. 5 medical staff ensured medicine was delivered / taken. 6. 5+ dining was a 5 star experience. I also liked the idea of a separate snack bar area 7. 5 they had chair exercises in the hallway, played bingo, also a theater for movie nights 8. 5 we selected Atria El Camino Gardens because it was the least expensive, for what I experienced, we made the right choice

5 for all. There are two restaurants on site and the physical therapy department is top notch. I would recommend this community to others.
