Atria

This was a great place!! Everyone seemed so happy and social! We were eating when someone came over and joined us. Made us feel so welcomed!

Staff and residents were extremely helpful and friendly. Room, meals and environment were also wonderful.

We are so happy that we decided on Atria Ocean Isle as the new home for my husband. After touring many facilities we just knew that Atria was The One the minute we walked in. It’s a beautiful happy well run facility filled with loving caring people. We are very blessed that our loved one lives at Atria

The Atria is a beautiful facility and I have no doubt they are taking good care of my aunt. The memory care section, where my aunt is housed, has a lot of activities to keep the folks busy, but also quieter times to watch TV or sit outside. As my aunt goes through this stage of her life, the staff will be there to meet all her needs one day at a time. Thanks to [name removed] at a Place For Mom who continued to reach out and guide me through, as it was a lengthy process for me personally. And thanks to the Atria in Waterford who are trained to deal with dementia and memory care living.

[name removed] was very helpful. We would have my brother stay there but he wants to be closer to family. Food was fabulous. Had roast and meatball sub and I can not rave enough.

I am the caregiver for my elderly sister. I toured seven facilities and found Atria Del Sol to be it the most personable. It’s well maintained, and the staff is friendly. Three weeks ago. My sister moved in and is very happy.

After touring several places, I’m excited that my aunt will soon become part of the Atria family. The tour, the number of activities, the levels of care, and the overall beauty of the place left me feeling like I could be happy living at Atria one day.

Move in was great staff friendly. [name removed] is socializing . Many activities are planned clean facility. Transportation is offered and used. Convenient. Great neighborhood. Close to shopping staff responds in a rapid manner

I visit Atria on a regular basis, and the residents are always very happy, and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, and truly cares about each of them as if they are family. The facility is clean and well maintained, with updates on the horizon. The rooms are spacious, allowing for personal furniture to easily fit for a familiar feel to the living space. Residents have shared that they love the activities and themes that the facility offers during special events, along with guests who provide entertainment and special treats! There is always something happening, and something to do! Atria is home, and it feels that way from the moment you walk through the doors.

My Mother just celebrated her centennial birthday. She has been a resident of Atria Levittown for the past 3 years and our family attributes her continuing good health and great spirits to the caring and competent staff who provide a loving and stimulating environment in which she is thriving. She remains active with activities that are well suited to a senior population, while the young, vibrant care givers and enrichment staff offer a much-appreciated youthful energy. We are grateful for the dedication of those entrusted to the care of our loved ones whom the staff perceive and treat as respected individuals, with a history of accomplishments even though their bodies may be frail.

I went to visit an elderly friend of mine recently. She couldn’t express enough how happy she it there. She loves the live entertainment every week and has made so many new friends that we no longer worry about her being here anymore.

The staff has been great - helpful, answering questions, and giving individual attention to Dad. The building is immaculate and the food in the dining hall is portioned perfectly and quite tasty.

[name removed] gave us a lot of time and attention, very professional, thoughtful, thorough, personable. He answered our every question and even anticipated so much of what we needed to know. The facility is very well organized and maintained, beautiful outdoor spaces as well.

It was beautiful and everyone was friendly. The residents seemed to be very happy. They was a gentleman there on a short term stay and he didn't want to go home.

This place is extremely nice and clean. I enjoyed the lunch meal that we had and the camaraderie with others. [name removed] was great and explained everything. I really like the idea of a nice large park that is close by.

The residents all were well groomed, appeared happy and interacting. [name removed] was lovely I toured the whole facility looked at the room she would be in. Very clean, organized. I felt very reassured leaving, that my loved one would be safe and cared for.

Staff was really lovely....friendly, warm and engaging. Room was clean and pleasant. According to my husband ( who is extremely easy going and not particular) food was decent though portions smallish. Only issue was the charge for the extra care. My husband just needed yo be helped showering. While he was wearing the huge neck brace the Atria had to farm out this service. There were a few mix ups with dates etc, but all resolved towards the end of his 1.5 month stay. All in all id rate Atria a 9 out of 10.

I would give this place 5 stars. I don’t live there, but my mom does, and she really enjoys it. She especially loves the pool and has made friends easily. The people are friendly, and most importantly, she feels comfortable and at home there, which means a lot to both of us. I feel it is reasonably priced for seniors, and they offer lots of activities that keep the residents involved and engaged. Overall, it’s a really nice place, and I feel good knowing my mom is happy and comfortable there. The only downside for my mom is that she feels the food can be a little too salty. They do offer different food options, but I usually shop for some of her food to make sure she has things she enjoys. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend it.

I would give a 5 but on the food I have been disappointed. Everything is on target but would love to see the memory care patients get better food like the assistant living group
