I tried to visit a friend once a month. I’ve always found the community welcoming in the staff very friendly. I have sent with them during their happy hour and meal time and food looks delicious with a nice variety.

[name removed] was very informative, and listened carefully to my father’s questions and concerns. The tour was covered the different accommodations available for my father, with particular attention to his interests.

The place is extremely clean, the staff are terrific and so caring with my mom. Her room is very nice, cleaned every day always organized. Mom enjoys the food she says and they have a good selection and she has been eating very well. I would certainly recommend Atria they are taking good care of Mom.

The room is at Atria Willow Park is so perfect for my mom. It's a good size, very clean and accessible to many things. We also enjoy that Mom has friends there that really care about her. The staff there are very kind and helpful. The transition was smooth and she is so happy to be there.

Atria is top star it's clean, all their people are helpful and super friendly and caring. The food is prepared by chefs. We have specialists every day and we can ask for anything off-menu if it's available I was at [community removed] prior to here and that was a horror show shared room for the same price. I'm paying here. I have private apartment microwave sink refrigerator, walk-in closet double Shower, a huge room, but I am able to take care of myself without any extra care from them so far probably if I was to become disabled in some other way, I might have to move, which would break my heart. They also provide Rides to our doctors doctors Rides come before pleasure outings and they have weekly outings. Also pure walking scenic drives sometimes Special restaurants we have crafts at least three times a week bingo a couple times a week. They have musical entertainment once every two weeks.

Wonderful tour. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Lunch was excellent and table service excellent. My Ambassadors were welcoming and happy residents. Other Residents were all smiles. Great Day, including pickup and drop off with [name removed].

My dad has had a really rough adjustment, but I can't say a single bad word about Atria Kew Gardens. At this point, I'd give it a 5/5. The staff is all incredibly responsive and friendly, the entire place is clean and welcoming, and they deliver in what they promise in terms of services. I would of course recommend them to others!

We love Atria!! Mother receives wonderful care from all of the staff--[name removed] working the front desk knows everything or will find it out when we have questions. [name removed] , the nurse, takes wonderful care of my mom. She always answers right away if I have a question and is great about explaining her health to me. [name removed] and [name removed], the caregivers, are always kind, helpful and so good at what they do. The ladies who work in the dining room are always so helpful and kind.[name removed] does such a great job planning activities and went out of her way to make her 100th birthday so special. I say the same thing each time--they have never made me mad. Not that I get mad easily--but if you're taking care of your parents, you need to be protective of them. I'm her advocate. I rest easy since she moved there and it was a year in August. She will be 101 in 3 months and she is living a pretty great life!

The best pluses I saw were the warm smiles of the attentive staff, eagerness to please the client and family, cleanliness of the whole facility and value for the money. I was impressed with the bedrooms having attached bathrooms. And that there were windows all over keeping the inside atmosphere, bright and sunny.

The Labor Day event at Atria was really lovely and wonderful. The food was very good and everything was arranged so beautifully. All of the people there seemed to genuinely love being there and looked happy. They were all very social with each other and staff and this was really nice to see. The place is lovely and so well kept. Everything was clean and I loved the fresh flowers.

My friend is extremely happy there. The staff is helpful and kind, and the facility is kept clean. The apartment has everything she needs and she loves the view of the courtyard. I have joined her on several occasions for lunch and have been impressed with the quality of the food. There are activities all week long, including discussions, lectures, art shows and games. She also likes being walking distance to town and occasionally strolls around. There also a free service that you can sign up for and they will transport you anywhere within a certain number of miles. That makes it convenient to go to a doctor's appointment, or a store. There is also a hair salon on the Atria site where she can get her hair done, and she's been happy with the service and results! I I love that I can park in the lot when visit my friend! I highly recommend Atria in Great Neck.

The community is top notch and the Management team including the ED and marketing folks are professional, honest and listen well.

The staff, from the front desk, sales staff, restaurant chef and wait staff, cna's and many of the residents all did their utmost to make Gail feel welcome and at home. Everyone she interacted with was positive, fun and welcoming. The activity director who is also in charge of transportation drove the bus herself for an early morning appointment as the usual bus driver was scheduled to come in later in the morning. [name removed] was reluctant to move from her home but she now loves her new location. Atria made every effort to help her happily settle in. She has made new friends and kept many of her old as visitors are welcomed. There always seems to be some activity or celebration and Gail loves being included in the social activities.

Stunning Property with Amazing Staff This was such a gorgeous property situated in the middle of what feels like a mini city. When we arrived outside I felt like we were at a luxury hotel and so many people were out walking and walking their dogs. The vibrancy of the place was appealing and put me at ease. When we signed in, we were greeted by the loveliest man, [name removed]. He spent a lot of time taking us on a tour of Atria. The apartments are gorgeous, the place was immaculate, the views are spectacular, and unlike many other places we have seen/toured, the residents don’t seem happy. Everyone was happy, social, and enjoying themselves. Many people were in the dining, the activities rooms, the library, and someone was playing the piano. What impressed me most was that [name removed] was well liked by almost every person we came across. Staff members and residents stopped to shake his hand and this says a lot about what set this place apart for us.

I was very impressed with this facility. It was beautifully decorated and there were multiple activities going on throughout. The residents that we spoke to had very positive remarks about the food and the personal that worked there. Everyone was upbeat and friendly.

I chose Atria Kew Gardens as a final home for a friend with dementia. This is why. A-One: Safety A-Two: Respectful, knowledgable, insightful, well-trained staff, from reception to administration. The culinary staff? My hats off to them, too, for their delicious, well-presented and well-balanced food selections. (I’m actually … envious!) A-Tria; Atria Kew Gardens maintains a friendly and secure atmosphere, beautiful rooms, laundry service, attractive and accessible outdoor spaces, workshops, on-site medical staff, car service, and med techs who distribute residents’ medications. While some rules may seem overwhelming, the outcome is worth it; peace of mind that your loved one is safe and taken care.

We chose Atria Park of Glen Ellyn for our uncle back in [date removed]. [name removed] is sales manager and she explained everything very clearly and even now she will visit our 90 year old uncle in rehab after a hospital visit and take him his electric shaver, stretch pants, clothes he will need during his temporary stay at rehab to get stronger. He has a beautiful assisted living apartment at Atria which he loves. The food is 5 star and they have an unbelievable assortment of items to choose if you want something else from what they are serving. Visitors are encouraged to stay and dine with the residents! There are countless activities almost every hour of the day, 7 days a week. They have out door areas and porch areas for those who want to be outside the building. The staff and nurses are very outgoing and helpful, always positive! Many clubs and classes, live entertainment and physical therapy are also available. If residents decline, they have a Memory Unit available.

The people were very friendly. Staff took their time and there was no feeling of being rushed. We had dinner with residents and it felt very welcoming and the food was excellent.
