They do have a high staff turnover rate and they are not staffed in such a way to provide a deeper level of care beyond bringing food trays to your loved one, basic house keeping and medication management. If your loved one falls frequently or is beginning to decent deeper in to dementia then they will rapidly instruct you to make other arrangements or require that you coordinate one on one 24/7 care while you look for alternative care.
