The administrator for memory care, [name removed] was extraordinary. Sure personally saw to it that all the residents were being given the appropriate care, many times jumping in herself to assure this. [name removed] was also an unbelievable asset to that memory care unit. My only bad experience, which is still occurring is the billing department for Sunrise overall. Aside from when we moved him in, the bill has never been correct and we've had to wait and most often never got answers to our questions so the bill could be paid on time.
