I immediately liked the feel of the place when I walked in!  It was a small well kept, stand alone 30 person facility completely dedicated to the folks who lived there.  It has a homey feel since it opens up to a large \"living room\"  with fireplace and TV  where many of the residents congregate.   \nWhen my aunt first arrived she would not come out of her room.  It took a lot of effort by the staff but they patiently cajoled her into attending one, then two activities and now she is out and about all the time. It does my heart good to see her content and comfortable. My aunt has been there 5 years now and just turned 90. The staff is kind and attentive and she receives the care she needs with dignity.
