The elevator was finally repaired in the middle of August. This past week the boiler went down, so he has not had hot water for the past 6 days. Perhaps the age of the facility is catching up with it, or this is just an unfortunate series of events. Since he has only been there for 5 weeks, we have no real experience to judge them on. However, if they continue to have similar issues, we may have to look for another facility. So, schools still out.\n\nThe facility is very clean and we like the cozy home feel of the layout.
