The 1 bedroom living room apartments were perfect size. Outdoor courtyard was a wonderful peaceful place. Staff was wonderful. Very welcoming, called all residents by their name. I think the housekeeping staff could of done a better job inches king bathrooms on a daily basis.\nMeals were prepared by a chef, and there were always snacks and beverages available. Daily activities offered if residents wanted to participate. Special celebrations held for movie nights, birthdays. Weekly social hours. Over all I give Regency Pullman 4 out of 5 stars. Just because of the bathroom cleanliness. And I believe as my family member was leaving facility. Mom is in memory care which is locked in, but we go out for walks around the 2nd floor “loop” and all the staff we pass say hi but not just hi, they say her name! \nEvery question I ask or need I voice the staff are responsive and make sure I’m comfortable with services. \nThis facility is homey and clean and does not smell (something I was concerned about ).
