A great place for mom!
Mom has been at Rosemount for almost a year. The staff is very caring and attentive. Everyone interacts with the residents and they all appear to be very helpful. Mom is satisfied with the food and there are plenty of activities to keep her busy. The activity staff is also very caring.

The visit was very welcoming, informative and comforting. The Sales Director explained and walked me through the community of Rosemont. I was able to meet the Memory Care Director and the pleasure was all mine. To see her compassion and love for her Residents warmed my heart. I left very impressed and assured of the care provided. I'm almost positive this will be the future home for my mom.

I have had a positive experience with this assisted living facility. The staff are caring, compassionate, and dedicated to providing quality care to the residents. They work hard to make sure residents feel safe, respected, and comfortable while maintaining their dignity and independence. I especially appreciate the teamwork among the staff and the effort they put into meeting each resident’s individual needs. Like any workplace, there are always areas that can be improved, but overall, I believe the facility has a caring environment and employees who genuinely want the best for the residents. I would recommend this facility to families looking for a place where their loved ones can receive support, care, and attention in a welcoming environment.

The facility is clean and employees are very friendly and welcoming. The nurse manager is always prompt and able to assist if help is needed. I also feel welcomed when arriving at the facility, the receptionist is always friendly and ready to help. I’ll continue taking patients from this building.

I love living here and have made so many friends. If you come and visit I am typically on the front porch. Stop in and say hello to us anytime. We love having visitors. We also have happy hour every Friday. Most of the time we have dancing and music.

My mom recently moved into Rosemont, and while the transition has been tough for someone so independent, the staff's kindness and attentiveness have given our family great peace of mind. She loves her small shared room, but a few areas need improvement: Dining: Needs more variety, including renal diet options and Asian cuisine. Cleanliness & Odors: Weekly floor cleaning could be more thorough, and common areas need freshening up to address occasional urine odors. Activities: More regular outings for residents would be wonderful. Since this is my first time dealing with an assisted living facility, it's hard to compare, but I chose Rosemont primarily because it is located just two miles from me.

I had a genuinely positive experience with this assisted living facility. From the friendly greetings to the attentive way staff interact with residents, there is a clear sense of warmth and respect throughout the community. The staff are patient, compassionate, and responsive, and they make an effort to ensure residents feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. The facility is clean, orderly, and welcoming, with an atmosphere that feels both comfortable and reassuring. The people are nice and it has been a good experience. I do enjoy the food and meals. The caregivers are all nice and they help with my medical needs. I do enjoy Friday happy hours and Wednesday wine down.

We feel that our mom is so safe in memory care! We love the staff! She was in the hospital recently and when she came back, several of the girls came into my mom’s room to give here hugs and welcome her back! We can always count on them to call us and keep us informed of anything that is happening. Love this place! Hit the Jack Pot!

Went to Rosemont to tour for my mother. We toured with [name removed] who was wonderful. You could tell she had been doing this for a long time as she knew her stuff. She was very caring and took her time explaining all our future options.

I had a wonderful experience touring this assisted living community. [name removed] was very kind, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to provide us with all the information we needed, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the visit. What stood out the most was how welcomed she made me and my family feel. It felt like we belonged there and that our loved one would be cared for in a warm and supportive environment. We truly appreciate the time and kindness she showed us during our visit.

As the daughter of a past resident, I can honestly say my experience was exemplary. The care and the attention to detail for each resident was outstanding. My father could be more than difficult at times, but the staff never wavered and just continued to give great care with a great deal of respect. Their care extended beyond their residents too. Family members and friends of the resident were all met by their names and extended every courtesy available. I would have no problem recommending Rosmont to anyone that asked. A place this good, starts with management and this management team is beyond reproach. They are excellent, as is Rosmont.

I have only seen on paper what numbers 6&7 are like but have not experienced them myself. They both seem plentiful and comprehensive. Facilities are always open and accessible, clean and spacious. The staff interact lovingly with everyone. It's a very fun and enjoyable environment.

My husband and I visited both of his sisters and our brother in law. We brought lunch in and the staff was so accommodating. We had a wonderful visit. The facility was very clean. No odors. The staff was so nice and helpful. A great place for your loved ones!!!!

We are very satisfied. The staff treat my mom like family. The room sizes are sufficient, she has no complaints with the food. The activity staff does a wonderful job. They encourage her to be involved. The building is also well maintained.

The staff is very attentive to the residents needs. Management is very aware of their staff and there actions. Any new personell are watch very closely to make sure they understand the standards and that resident are #1 when it comes to treatment. They are quick to eliminate anyone that does not keep that standard. The dining area and the chef's are First class. The meals are very well prepared and; they taste great. There are always choices for the residents to choose from on the menu. We eat there often with Mom to make her feel whole. The staff encourages and makes everyone feel welcome & like family.

So my experience with rosemont……. The lady who gave me the tour is very kind the one nurse I met was sooooo sweet , the place however put a lump in my throat gave me the creepiest vibes not warm and loving not homey more scary horror stories hospital vibes. One elderly man looked in good health the others looked drugged out of there minds and just gone , most of the rest of the staff were behind the counter not engaging in any residence . This place made me sob it was gloomy , sad , and extremely uncomfortable. The smell wasn’t pleasant. I immediately knew this was NOT the place for my loved one. We toured 7 places that day , not all were a fit for me but this one was the most memorable in sadness and smell and every feeling that was not right. If I could rate the two ladies I met I’d definitely rate them 10’s if I could rate the rest of the staff I’d give them just on what I saw a 2 out of 10 if I could rate the facility in a whole I’d give it a 0 out of 10 .
