I think tithe Oaks is a bargain for all they offer. Its clean Food is relatively good. The staff is a very nice group of people who watch over their family of residents.

For assisted living I fully recommend consideration of Brookridge Heights. I’d prefer a life at home, but there is a time when we need nurturing that’s not available for us in our old setting. Since leaving home four years ago Brookridge Heights has provided me with needs I’m no longer able to furnish for myself, and that includes transportation for medical and dental appointments. I also love having my cat here with me. I’ve been asked if I have a favorite amongst the staff at Brookridge Heights. My answer is, “I can’t! From Servers in the dining room, to Aids who quickly respond to my calls, and Med-Tech who are keeping me up to date on my daily prescriptions, they simply are all a wonderful crew. They greet me with genuine smiles. Simply put, all of them are my favorites.”

The staff was wonderful and gave my mom such good care. The food was very good when she was eating. Overall, the community was clean, although there were a couple of times I had to ask them to clean her bathroom or do her laundry.

Mom is very happy here. Her complaint about the food is that the vegetables tend to be overcooked, a pretty minor issue in her and my, assessment. This is really a great fit.

I’m truly highly impressed with the connection that the management and the rest of the staff have with the residents. My mother-in-law is a new resident, and they have been Welcoming not only to [name removed], but to her family. I’m highly impressed with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. They are always willing to help you with dropping stuff off. I can’t talk enough about it. I’d like to thank you all for doing the job that you do - I don’t think it could be done without them.

We recently visited Brookridge for my mother and really were impressed. Tiny welcoming touches made a big impact! The sales director was really great sharing the community culture and the many amenities offered at Brookridge. The warmth and levels of community engagement made all the difference for Mom, and the reputation and her happiness makes all the difference for me. As Mom begins her fourth month of living here, we look forward to meeting even more of the incredible staff and other residents.

My mom decided she wanted to move into Brookridge. We contacted the admissions director and she was very helpful getting everything taken care of. The staff has been very kind and helpful and the one-bedroom apartment for my mom is very nice. The room is nice and clean and the activites are many. Thank you Brookridge and staff for all your help.

My mom is close to her 2-year anniversary of moving to Brookridge. She continues to have a great experience living there! In the past 2 years she hasn’t been in the hospital nearly as often as previous years. It is comforting to know she is getting her medications every day. The staff takes wonderful care of the residents! The staff is truly exceptional! We recently had a few days that we were particularly worried about my Mom’s health and the staff was very caring and supportive. It means so much to us to have such wonderful people supporting our family!

After personally visiting several places, Crown Pointe appeared to be "alive"! Bright lights, activities with lots a residents and staff participating. Clean and inviting. [name removed] wanted something bright, the apartment did not disappoint. Paint and carpet in coordinating shades of gray. Great size living area and bedroom; walk in closet that could be used as an office; adequate closet space in BR and bathroom. She's been there almost four full months and any small issues have been addressed immediately. And what also made Crowne Point attractive was the price point, $[removed]a month cheaper than any other quote. I rate Crown Pointe a 5 on all areas. I would recommend the community to others.

I have lived here a little over 2 1/2 years and I like it very much and I think very fondly of Brookridge and the staff is wonderful. They're highly trained and so gracious and helpful and I have no criticism. The residents are pleasant too so actually I have no criticism at all!

Good afternoon, the first thing I can say about living at Brookridge/Sonida Living is when you get here the staff is wonderful. Anyone on management is very helpful and all of their department staffing is very willing to help with anything. The next thing I suppose is food and the food is really good! The soups are wonderful and such a good variety. You also make a lot of friends. That's a good part about living here is the friendships!

I like living at Brookridge because it's a very pleasant and calming environment. I like the food. The food is served when I want it and it's very quiet for the most part and there's no ruckus happening at night so I can sleep. There are many interesting activities which I enjoy participating in!

My mom lives here and is the happiest I’ve seen her in years. The staff loves her like she’s their family and now we love them like they’re ours! They constantly make sure their people are happy, safe, and healthy. I’m forever thankful for the love they give my momma! I recommend 100%!!!

My mom fell in love with the Waterford at Shavano Park. We have reserved her an apartment and are working on getting her there. The staff was so nice and friendly. The facility is welcoming, clean and smells nice (a big thing for me) and inviting. The residents we saw seemed very happy, joyful, comfortable and were nice.

I recently visited Southern Meadows assisted living as a possibility for a family member. The facility is super clean and all of the staff from the nurses to the kitchen staff was amazing.

This community is excellent. The food is great and the staff is all very friendly. The rooms are very cleanly and neat.This place is perfect for your loved ones, my mother loves it here and adores the housekeepers. Definitely recommend!!!

Staffing very warm and knowledgeable about the needs of my mom. [name removed], the director of the memory care unit is wonderful. The unit is clean and the residents appear clean as well.

I've been here for two years by the end of October. I like the food so much. The food is excellent. I made a lot of friends because everybody is always smiling and happy (the residents and the workers.)

Outstanding staff and facility. What a wonderful place! They really go out of their way to make my loved one feel comfortable and ‘at home’ as possible. The sales & marketing director was very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about her work. 10/10!
