I am glad there are communities like this available for seniors to live in, but I know of at least a dozen people who had to move out of their communities like this and either move in with family or regular apartment buildings that cost less because their rent kept going up yearly, but their income didn't increase to cover the cost! If you have health issues or just don't have the energy to cook, clean and maintain an apartment on your own this change isn't the best option for you to have to make. Elderly should be respected and cared for better than they are! I always had that option here at this at The Waterford and if nothing else you can always get the Chef salad that’s Atkins diet. It’s real meat and real salad but over there. I ate because I was hungry because I worked out all day long starting at 9 o’clock in the morning till 8 o’clock at night, so I was hungry, but it was way too much starch. I mean there they give you a menu. It’s got through four options and mostly options were either start potatoes and I just wanted to brag on The Waterford for that for their menu.
