We were disappointed that there were no vacancies because we really were impressed with the care and compassion shown to us during and even after our touring process. [name removed] was amazing and so sweet to check on our Dad during his hospital stay before we could transfer him to another memory care facility.

My husband had the best care there, and believe me he was not always the easiest person to get a long with. His room was cleaned every day. He was kept clean . Sometines they had to change his shirt 2 or 3 times in a day. The staff was always kind and caring to him. One staff member would sit with him, if he got upset at night when I left. She would just talk to him and would calm him down. I would recommend this facility to anyone one.

The tour was very nice. Loved all the amenities offered. Staff extremely nice. Facility clean. Residents seemed happy.

I moved my 98 year old Aunt to North Pointe in January 2026 from the VA on a cold Sunday afternoon. We were met with big smiles and hugs from the nurse manager on 2nd shift. Auntie has a few challenges for getting around, however with the guidance from all the staff at NP she is flourishing. I’m very pleased that Auntie is independent as she can be. The staff creates a homey atmosphere for all the residents. When I greet the residents they all respond with a positive attitude and smiles. That’s a plus in my book.

Sales director, [name removed] gave us a great, informative guided tour. She followed up with giving us details about living options and rates for our memory care family member.

North Pointe is by far the best facilities in Anderson County. The grounds inside and out are well maintained to the highest level. The staff and caregivers are always professionals. My Mom is in the memory care unit and she is treated with the upmost respect and dignity. Thank you North Pointe for taking great care of my Mom..

The facility was great. Staff were very friendly and residents were happy. The meal smelled wonderful and I was impressed with the tour I received.

My mother has been there for 6 months. She is adjusting well and has made many new friends. The people that work there make her feel welcome and that she is a vibrant addition to the facility. She has taken advantage of the trips and the activities in the facility. It has been a good fit for her.

My husband has been a resident for seven months. The care and loving staff are like family to him and me. Everyone is conscientious and very efficient. He was a daycare person previously, so the transition was great. The food, activities and staff make this a home! I thank God for them every day!

[name removed] has only been there 15 days but everyone and everything has been wonderful.

Staff were available to answer door this visit. Often you have to wait for some time. The staff are always ver accosting. Shout out to [name removed] who always looks out for [name removed] safety and hygiene needs. She is a gem.

If anything were to happen to me my thought was where will my son go? I chose this place because I know my son can remain here and he will be taken care of. We love it here. My son and I are very happy here and absolutely love it. A friend referred me here and I am so grateful to have been referred here. We liked it when we came to visit and chose it immediately. It is so clean and inviting. We love the staff here, we love our neighbors and very free and enjoyable. The comfort is enjoyable. We are making friends and enjoying all of the great activities.

It has been very warm, caring, professional. All of the staff has been very welcoming. The residents here are very friendly and welcoming. It is meticulously clean here. It smells good, it’s pretty and it’s so clean. Activities and food are excellent and they are very engaging here. There’s an inclusive atmosphere here. I could go on for days about this place. The apartments are fabulous. This place is very well organized and lead by a great group of leaders here. The new leader has changed some things and it has been great! He is really improving our community! We love him so much! There is a nice variety of food here and we can never go hungry here.

I came here because I thought I was loosing my eyesight. That’s why I decided to be here so that I would be comfortable. My doctor has helped me to keep my eyesight. I’ve made several friends here. I’d rather be helping others be comfortable here than have them shy away when they first come here so I help them become comfortable. There has been so many new neighbors lately so I try to keep up with them. I help to check on them daily. I am so glad to help. I am excited to help bring all of the artists in the community together today to start an art club. [name removed] has been a great help in starting this club.

It is very welcoming by everyone from the staff to the residents. It was a very different lifestyle change, one that I felt like it became home almost instantly. I enjoy the people and the activities because I like to be active in the community.

Everyone is friendly. The food is good and my room is very comfortable. I love the activities we do here. The staff here in the dining room are very friendly and helpful. [name removed] does a really great job keeping my room clean! She is great! The leaders are very helpful and very friendly here. The salad bar got a great upgrade with new salads and dressings.

It has truly been great here. It's like being at home. The things I do here is just as I did at home. Like turning off my lights, making sure my things are in order. I like the staff, they are courteous and kind. They are just that way. I want to highlight all of the great changes like breakfast, salad bar and other great changes.

It is absolutely wonderful! And that’s the truth. The people that work here, they are very very special to me. They help me all the time and I just think that not every place like this is truly like it is here. I just enjoy living here.
