Charming Assisted Living

The small size of this assisted living gives it such a cozy and safe feeling for my mother. We toured many other communities, but the quaint feeling of this center has proven to be the right choice. The director of the unit is warm and has eyes on my mom's care needs.

Horrible Place - not a person, just a bed

My dad was admitted to Symphony Tri-Cities in[date removed], after a hospital stay. We arrived later afternoon and were basically shown his rehab room and not offered any other assistance. We went out numerous times to ask for water, about dinner, what the care plan was, etc. They were busy talking, which was much more important than a patient. One of use went out to get my Dad food and something to drink. When we left that night, we asked that they please check in on him. At 2:00 a.m. my Mom received a phone call that my Dad had fallen out of bed and his right elbow was badly cut and he was in pain. We got there as soon as possible and asked about getting an X-ray and were told they only had a portable machine that would not be available until Monday. On Monday, it was confirmed that his hip was broken and he was taken to the hospital for surgery. My Dad passed away at the end of May. Symphony Tri-Cities is a terrible place!

Amazing care, helpful advisor

This community has exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff is not only kind and compassionate but also genuinely invested in the well-being of every resident. The facility is clean, creating a warm and inviting environment that truly feels like home. The activities are always fun and engaging, bringing joy to everyone involved. From the very start, the advisor took the time to understand our family’s needs and provided thoughtful guidance throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care my loved one receives, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality senior living!

Do NOT take your family member here!

This is the worst skilled nursing facility I have ever seen. Resident often wait over an hour for call light to get answered, months without showers, and insufficient staffing that are rude and co frontational

Home like experience

My mom and Dad had a terrible experiences at [removed]. During our search to move them out of the bad experiences we came across Symphony. [names removed] and others have been very kind to my mom and Dad. They took care of my Dad in the last weeks of his life. I believe [name removed] and staff actually care about people. They make an effort to hire caring individuals. They understand what family is about and now our family has grown. I’m not saying it has been perfect but they handle any issues very quickly and with care. I rest at night knowing my mom is being taken care of and has what she needs.

My Mother

My mother was never in favor of being anywhere other than her home. Do to some health circumstances she found herself at Symphony Bay. It has been a very nice experience and as of this writing my mother started out only needing rehab but has now transitioned into a full time resident. This would only have happened by the treatment of the care givers and administration staff. It has been a very good experience and am thankful for the attention and treatment my mother has received. It has made all the difference in my mother becoming comfortable and acceptable to this tough time in her life. As a family of six kids I believe we are all happy with where she is at.

Excellent care, by people who care

I want to thank [name removed] for her personal involvement with my mom. During her stay she experienced a few challenges but was always cared for with a personal touch. [name removed] made herself available on multiple occasions and checks in on mom almost every day. That is not part of her role, but shows the great compassion that is part of Symphony’s overall service.

So happy with Symphony- Mom is really happy

My mom was really hesitant to move out of her home. She fought me every step. Within the first few days after she moved in, she was so happy! She had made a few new friends, was enjoying having dinner with her new neighbors and going to activities all day long. I am really happy that my mom is so happy at Symphony.
