Admin in general can be slow to respond. Room is good size. Place seems clean. My mom has complaints about the food but she would complain anywhere. The community doesn't have a great outside area. So if you want to go outside or spend a lot of your day sitting outside it's not great. But if you don't mind sitting inside all day, it's clean and what they offer is good. Also, there was a gentleman who was locked out of his room. We saw him go to his room, had lunch, came back and he was still outside his room waiting. I went downstairs to let front desk know and their response was, \"oh, he's still locked out?\" They did something immediately once I said something but I have a feeling they are not as responsive to their residents. The man said he pushed his button and no one came. And the front desk staff said he probably had his keys on him but didn't realize. But, no matter if he did or not, they should have responded to him faster than they did. So I guess I don't know if I'd recommend it. It's clear she cared about helping us find the right fit over the sale and I think that’s rare.\n\nThe rest of the staff has been just as impressive. It's a bit Urban as I say, but still within range either on my wheelchair or by taking the RTD bus to get to Walmart or King Sooper and restaurants in the area. There are lots of activities. The staff is very cooperative, competent friendly. The food can go anywhere from a very good and prepared in the kitchen here or come out cold and have to be sent back to be heated back up. A common problem with now. The the 5th assisted living facility I've been in.
