The whole initial setup for getting my mother into the facility was very simple. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive. They continue to be very supportive and friendly. Updates on my mother come weekly multiple times letting us know what and how she is doing. This helps us to feel more comfortable and confident about our decision to move her into the program.

I loved the environment at Kipling Meadows. The rooms are a nice size and showers have safety bars. The location is close to parks, shopping, and the library. [name removed], Senior Living Advisor, shared important information and even sent me a video of the room I visited.

Really nice people very friendly clean nice place. I hope to take advantage and move in sometime right now, I must complete my residence at [community removed] things maybe different next year.

Staff are kind and helpful. The food is tasty and they offer a decent variety. There are specials each day and a limited menu offered every meal including breakfast all day. They offer half portions which is nice for seniors. Seating is open and usually quite full at mealtimes, so you will be sitting with other residents most of the time. They offer a wide variety of activities and have entertainment in the foyer area often. You could stay busy all day if you like. The facilities are well- maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean with lots of natural light. We are very pleased with the overall experience and dad has settled in nicely there. We are truly grateful for what a good transition this has been. My only idea for improvement would be for the staff to reach out and schedule a check-in meeting with the resident and family a week or two after you get moved in to discuss logistics. Things such as: Letting you know the doors are locked after 8 pm What to expect when it comes to billing and invoices (how and when will you receive them?) When and how your regular services like showering or laundry will happen? How to make appointments with in-house specialties like the podiatrist or hair salon They are happy to answer questions but I think it just takes a week or two of living there to know what you don't know, and then you have lots of questions and a meeting to walk through those kinds of things would be very helpful.

I really think I would go 5s for everything. The staff was very helpful in getting long term care insurance to kick in. My mom really likes all of her caregivers. Pretty large menu with rotating specials and all the food is good

As a family member of a resident, I’ll say I feel genuinely welcomed as soon as I walk in the building. The community is beautiful, but what stands out most is the staff. The sales associate,[Name Removed] was wonderful throughout our process. She’s knowledgeable and took time to answer every question we had. It's clear she cared about helping us find the right fit over the sale and I think that’s rare. The rest of the staff has been just as impressive. Everyone is eager to help and knowing Mom is surrounded by people who care gives me peace of mind. If you're looking for a senior living community where the staff makes a difference, I highly recommend Belleview.

As our first and only tour so far the Brant was a very nice facility. Very clean facility, with a friendly and professional staff. Very nice amenities as far as rooms, dining and lots of activities available to residents.

The location is a bit Urban and there's no grass outside. I'm not sure we're residents with dogs walk their dogs unless they do it on the mulch around the bushes. The neighborhood is not ideal but it doesn't bother me. It's a bit Urban as I say, but still within range either on my wheelchair or by taking the RTD bus to get to Walmart or King Sooper and restaurants in the area. There are lots of activities. The staff is very cooperative, competent friendly. The food can go anywhere from a very good and prepared in the kitchen here or come out cold and have to be sent back to be heated back up. A common problem with now. The the 5th assisted living facility I've been in. Another favorable attribute is the appliances which include washer and dryer, dishwasher and oven with range.

I think I'd rate them all a 5. My parents are very happy, which makes us very happy. Their facility doesn't segregate independent and assisted individuals. Of course, memory care is in their own secure area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff is fantastic! They know every resident by name and greet them as such. Their special events are amazing! So much thought, care and details go into them- themed decor and everything! They also provide events that include family members, so you can get in on the fun. My mom likes to have a lot of activity choices- many that keep her active and entertained. My parents enjoy the food as well!

The Brant is modern and sunny and pleasant on the eyes. We were greeted by friendly happy people both residents and staff. We will move there

So far we would rate them all a 5. Everyone here has been great and we are very happy with the facilities. It was a great move for us We have a 2 bedroom apartment one bedroom of which we are using as an office/ all purpose room. Amenities are fine, gym, nice eating area with very friendly staff, woodworking group which I have joined and other offered activities which are available if interested.

[Names Removed] are at the front desk. They are both so kind and helpful. When I call or ask questions when I an visiting my Mom. They always have the answer, if they don't they get the answer. They are caring. They greet you when you come in and leave.[Names removed] are Fabulous. Thank you for all you do. ??

The staff's customer service is excellent. They are very friendly, informative, and helpful. The food is great, and the facility is very clean.

[name removed] was absolutely wonderful. The Belleview is a beautiful senior living home. She answered all my questions that day and showed me all the wonderful places within the Belleview.

An amazing place the minute I walked in. I was greeted immediately by a very kind front desk woman named [Name Removed] Then[Name Removed] greeted me like a family member and took time out of his day to give me a tour of the cleanest facility I’ve seen in all of Denver. As a family, we are just getting our ducks in a row, knowing where we’re gonna put mom has now been crossed off the list. Highly recommend.

For my father, who still drives, but doesn’t like to walk far, the underground parking, and relatively small footprint were ideal. The bistro was also important since he doesn’t always want to attend the scheduled meal times. We have not made a final decision, but this is high on our list of choices.

5. Staff are always on time and very pleasant to talk to She was always willing to go for walks, sit outside for fresh air, helping me up and down stairs (I had 2 hips replaced). She has a very kind heart.

I feel safe knowing my mom is with these people who take care of her. They really do get to know the patients and treat them with kindness and respect. Example. My mom had an accident that made her dementia worse but, as she got better her memory returned a bit. One of the staff member's noticed that change. They moved her out of memory care and into assisted living where she has more freedom. She is much happier. I thought that was amazing. Sometimes you don't know what you can or should do. That showed me they care.
