I did not realize they have no courrier to do that.\nWe have had a couple issues of our parents missing hair or podiatry appointments there in the facility because no one called to remind them or went to their room to get them. (Both parents have significant memory loss).\nCable TV service leaves A LOT to be improved on. We bought 2 new TVs, when told that perhaps the issue was their original TVs. It apparently is the facility's very outdated in house cable/internet system that should be updated for the price residents pay to have it. Most seniors do not understand streaming the programs they want to watch, and regular cable programs have very grainy reception.
