The staff has been pretty good and responsive. They do tons of activities with the residents. Yesterday was a fondue party. The place is very clean. I can't complain.

It's clean staff is great food thumbs up all rooms are nice activities are great. I would recommend to others.

There is much peace of mind knowing your loved one is being cared for in the most caring and professional manner. The entire staff is friendly, engaging, and educated with this special population. I feel welcome and supported each time I visit.

Our experience with the Lodge was excellent!! The entire staff was so supportive and kind to both my mom and our family. Her caregivers in the Compass memory area were beyond exceptional. They treated us all like family. I feel that they truly loved my mom, and she loved them. Everything about the Lodge was wonderful. It is a beautiful, bright and clean atmosphere. Her room was a perfect size for her. It was easily able to accommodate a lift recliner, love seat, chest of drawers, two side tables and a queen size bed, with ample room to walk around. I will truly miss seeing the loving, friendly faces of the staff and residents at the Lodge. I would highly recommend this facility

The staff and care are very good. They keep the entire place/room immaculate. The room space is good - you don't spend much time in the room as they like to have the residents either actively or passively involved in activities. The staff are very caring and well trained. And the food is very good ( and if there is extra, I get a plate)

It is a wonderful place where you see they care about their residents and their experiences. The activities and everything they do is top notch.

The Lighthouse at Lincoln provided care that was compassionate and empathetic to my person. Always willing to go above and beyond to bring a smile the team became part of the family! It never made a difference if I visited first thing in the morning in the evening or weekends the staff were always fully engaged with the residents. I could rest easy knowing my person was receiving great care 24/7/365!

Beautiful grounds...apartments are very bright with natural light...the access to meals are 7am to 7pm which is very convenient. Rent is month to month which could work in favor of tenants or management. This community is definitely on my list.

The Residence at Orchard Grove is by far the only Assisted Living facility that I considered. It is beautifully decorated, immaculate and extremely comfortable. The staff were amazing and it was easy to see that they care about the welfare of those who live there. The apartments provide privacy and are well designed for elders. They are safe and accessible. The restaurant and Bistro are amazing. The activities offered are perfect for senior citizens. It is a wonderful facility and I would recommend it without any reservations.

The Residence had a strong sense of community. It was bright, homey, and calming. [name removed] was a great tour guide who answered all of our questions and concerns. I was impressed that she knew every resident by name. When she spoke to them her kindness and empathy shined through her interaction with every resident we met. It certainly felt like a special place.

A lovely place, and we were given a most gracious reception. Definitely to be considered. On our list of possible places.

Sales person [name removed] was terrific! Asked good questions, had us meet the ED, and answered all our concerns.

It was one of the nicest facilities I have ever scene. Everything felt very comfortable and clean and [name removed] was phenomenal.

[name removed] was very pleasant and readily answered my questions. The staff whom I met appeared quite happy in their work. The facility is and welcoming.

My father and I had the most wonderful tour with [name removed], who was amazing and lovely in every way. She took us all around and introduced us to people. The place is gorgeous and I really hope my dad can join that community. I’ll be applying this week.

So far the accommodations have been great. The Staff is wonderful and the activities they offer have my mother more active than she has been in a very long time.

Lighthouse is the nicest, most beautiful, clean, memory care faculty I've ever seen. The entire staff is professional and wonderful. Patient care is a 10 out if 10. The patient's rooms are lovely with private bathrooms. The dining and living rooms are wonderful.. But mostly I'd have to say that the staff makes this place extraordinary.

He was only there for a week and his exposure was limited. Cleanliness five Friendliness five Quality of care -we anticipated for Care, but never had the chance to really experience it. Admin.- five folks were very helpful Food- five but it was really breakfast only due to his choice Activities- he chose not to participate Value for the money- since he was only there one week out of the four it's very hard to say except during that one week everything was a five

I am seeking a residence for my husband. I was favorably impressed with the variety of activities available to residents and flexibility in daily schedules to accommodate residents in assisted living. I was also very happy to be able to honestly discuss the possible accommodations for him. He was hospitalized at the time of my tour and had been for over a month. As such, his care level was and is not definitively defined. However, I got helpful guidelines for different services. [name removed], the representative was very open and helpful. As a final thought, I was observing the residents as we toured. Some we’re dining, alone or in groups, some were reading inside or outside. There were also multiple spaces where it looked like people were comfortable to occupy. This is an environment that my husband would enjoy and thrive in. I was not impressed with the memory care facilities. Not that they were bad, but I don’t think it would be a good home for my husband.

We were pleased with everything. The place itself it's a brick mansion - beautiful inside with lots of big bright windows and some architectural woodwork remnants from back in the day and then it's just the right size - manageable to get around and obviously completely accessible. Really welcoming and friendly staff - not only at the beginning but always and all of them leadership, management, direct care assistants, nursing, dining, facility carers.
