We love the new activities Director she's fantastic but she has to do way too many things. Their transportation is a big issue because if they have known to drive the activities Director has to leave and do the driving. And they spoke about offering another day for medical appointments and they never came through with that. And then the dining hall is just so inconsistent they cannot handle a full occupancy which they pretty much are at we've been told that they have 100% turnover in the kitchen staff which makes it really challenging. At the beginning my mother came in with very serious needs she had broken her arm and ribs and there was several months where getting used to the resident care assistance was really challenging that seems to have improved but my mother also needs much less care. I have my car, new friends and everything I need.
