Leaving a house is a difficult choice. Grocery store (HEB) and Wal Mart runs are made about once a week. Everyone is friendly and accepting. We have outings (either eating out or visiting an interesting place). We have games to play (just about any that you would want) and if we don't have it, you can start it.\n\nA couple of tips when visiting, be sure to include your mom or dad in your visits. After all they are ones who will be living with us. Keep in mind that we are Independent Living and not Assisted Living. Your mom or dad will need to be able to look after themselves (medications and dressing, etc).\n\nI would love to meet your mom or dad. Please keep Verena at Leander at the top of your list.
