They have been very accommodating, and they go places every week. They are under new management as of [date removed]. They have made a lot of upgrades to laundry and buildings.

The staff is wonderful. My brother loves the food. His studio is the right size for him. I love that everything is on one level. We don't have to deal with elevators. He doesn't participate in activities due to his Autism. He's just not into social things but they do have a lot of things to do. I love that if you want you can have a pet stay with you.

We are looking for a place for a family member and was very satisfied with Wyndham Lakes. The pricing was very reasonable and were provided additional information for possible Medicaid benefits. All questions were answered fully. The Sales Director was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Beware the Vendors who arrive in, uninvited to assess the new resident. Particularly the Optical people! They visited[Name Removed]within 24 hours of his arrival, then again the following week, & had another appointment set up for 3-4 weeks time. He had cataract surgery in both eyes in SC only 15 & 12 months prior to his move to FL. They charged him over [Amount Removed]for his first visit, another couple of hundred $ for his second visit & God only knows what his 3rd visit was going to be! There was nothing wrong with his eyes & he didn't even wear glasses anymore!! He died before these unscrupulous people came over for his 3rd appointment.

The administration staff was friendly and nice. But I felt like I was being sold a car. The facility is old and rundown. Furniture is old and tattered rooms are very small with two people in them. I was interested in the memory care facility and it was ridiculous. It needs a lot of improvements. It’s a real shame because the campus is big and could be very nice. They charge the same amount as some of the nicer places. The common area as you walk in is nice with the restaurant and dining hall, but the rest of it is terrible. I don’t know what the senior living facilities look like. But I did walk down one of the halls by mistake and it was very old and rundown and smelled of urine.

I found this facility to be dirty. The floors are covered in fecal matter from the Canadian geese that are throughout the facility's campus. The claims regarding food and dining options are false. The staffing on 2nd and 3rd shifts can only be described as thin at best. The activities offered to the residents are minimal and low energy. I would rather be homeless than ever return there.

This looks like a nice facility - clean, residents seemed happy and outgoing. I didn't get to see an AL unit but toured two residential units. I like the covered walkways so that my sister can use her scooter even on rainy days. Dining room looked nice and the grounds were nice.

They got us a room in a short period of time and fixed any issues with the room that we had. Biggest impression after touring other facilities was how large the campus was and the ability to take my sister out for walks. I would recommend to others with limited money and family in the area. The staff did assessed my sister after a few weeks and now she is no longer in the memory care wing. They followed through on what the said. The down falls are that this facility is shiny and brand new and the staff in memory care did yell at some of the residents. This was hard to listen to.

All is still going well at Wyndham lakes. They were very professional. They have went through a mgmt. change recently. I haven't had any issues. I would recommend the facility.

The tour was very positive, all questions were answered thoroughly, our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing. We would recommend that they not show potential residents apartments that have not been cleaned . It would have been better to ask us to come back when they had one available , to help give a positive first impression.

Not happy with nursing staff and getting my meds from pharmacy. Took them 7 days to hook up TV. The food isn't so good. Plus, they want you in dining hall by 7:30am and don't serve till 8:15, if we're lucky. So, after moving from Villages of Bellevue to here, it's been a hassle. Oh, no Wi-Fi except in office. Had to purchase for my room. If I didn't want to see my daughter more often I would have stayed there. So much nicer.

The Facility Rep. was gracious, kind and knowledgeable of how they do business and also how the process works in general. The facility itself is in decent shape and there were activities happening with the residents while we toured. We did not have any direct interaction with the staff as they were working but they did smile and nod as we encountered them. The areas we toured were clean and tidy.
