Staff was approachable and informative. Facility was clean and well laid out. We were treated very well and our tour was informative. I would recommend to anyone.

I like it very much here but they need to give out fresh fruit at breakfast and have some dry cereal available for breakfast .The recreation director is very good. The ladies that clean the apartment are good.

From helping my Dad getting relocated, to exit. The staff have been more than understanding and compassionate to my Dad's care. There have been different occasions where they had redirected my Dad, helpful and concerned for his well being. Very supportive, very communicative. I have no complaints, I am very thankful, American House Jenison helped us through a very adverse time. Very grateful.

My entire experience was was educational and I was impressed with the facility and the cleanliness.

I was impressed with everyone. Very friendly. They had music and dancing when we were there. Everyone seemed to really be enjoying themselves.

[name removed] was great at answering all of our questions. The tour was very thorough. I appreciated her reaching out after the tour and offering tips on how to address my dad’s apprehension with making the transition.

My husband and I had a great tour giving to us by [name removed]. I really would like for my brother to become a part of the community there. Will retain all information shared with us for the future reference. Thanks to [name removed] again.

There have been many changes lately and it is taking a little time for everyone to adjust. The staff are very likable and all doing a great job. The facility is nice but will be going through an upgrade as they just received as large sum of money to do this. Improvements will be coming, sounds like they will be very nice.

[name removed] took her time, giving me a tour, showing me around, explaining me how everything works made me feel very welcome and confident in their ability to take care of my mother. We will be moving in shortly.

Very friendly and caring staff. The residence was very clean and welcoming. The activities seemed perfect for the residents. Meals looked inviting and delicious. This is definitely on our top list.

Very happy. From the day we visited and now a year later we are still pleased with our decision of becoming part of this community. The people are friendly, we keep busy and feel safe. I do recommend to anyone looking for a senior living we are very happy to live here and so are a lot of the other residents.

Wonderful facility that felt like home. Clean and lots of amenities. They also have transportation for residents to go to other activities. The director is super friendly and you can tell he cares about the residents.

Staff, management, room set up, meals, entertainment, cleanliness are top notch care. Really think we get the best bang for the buck. I have referred it to others already. They were impressed also but not ready yet to make the change.

Definitely 5 stars!! The staff treats my dad with the upmost respect. They have plenty of activities and and to say the place is clean is and understatement!!! I would absolutely recommend them!

After touring several facilities, my mom decided on American House Coconut Point. She has yet to move in, but everything is now in place. She liked the facility, the 2 bedroom apartment she chose, and the people she met.

My mother moved into American house about five months ago. She was really against moving into an assisted living home at first. But once she met with the [name removed] there she really warmed up to the idea. [name removed] and everyone was so welcoming and eased her worries. She really enjoys living there, she has made many friends and loves all the activities they do there. They recently even asked her to be an ambassador which means she meets with new people when they move in or visit to help answer questions they might have or help to ease worries they might have like she did at first. It’s been really good for my mom living there, we know she is being taken care of and don’t have to worry about her being home by herself anymore. And it’s good for her to have people around her that are her friends and she enjoys spending time with.

I would give all these categories a five. The apartment size is the best I've seen and my dad has been in three other facilities. The bathroom in each room is a huge thing. Activities are several everyday and they are both inside and outside the facility on property. They also have their own bus to do road trips. They usually do one or two road trips each month. Example, they went to gatlinburg aquarium and to lunch. I was able to go also and meet them there. Food and cleanliness are to notch. The staff is absolutely amazing. Examples, they know what you like and don't. My dad loves coffee and they would make sure he always had enough. They know what each person likes to wear for clothes and shoes. My dad gets cold easily and they always had warm clothing on him. They take time to listen to the patients stories although they have heard them many times. When you visit they know your name also and if you visit each week on certain days they let them know you are coming so they get excited. So many other comments I could write a Book. This facility is very well run in every aspect. I highly recommend it and have recommended it to friends for their loved ones. Only regret I have is that I didn't find this facility first.

All 5's. The staff has been helpful and understanding on every contact. I never saw my brothers room. He resides in TN and I am in New Jersey. He has dementia but the staff has always been nice on phone calls with me

5 across the board. They are taking excellent care of my mom. Staff are very loving and patient. They treat everyone with respect. Yes I would recommend them
