Brookdale

I knew of the place because I saw patients due to being a hospice nurse. When my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and a rapid decline at home. My family visited and asked questions. A few months ago when we decided and planned the move before informing our mom. We set a date to tell mom and move in date. We took a little over a month for this process, so Mom could except the move. Brookdale in Clinton has been awesome! Mom has stabilized and fit in well. The staff sweet and caring. And Keep me updated. ( PT, OT, nurses, aides, activity director, admin staff) also love speaking with other residents. We as a family appreciate everyone we have met and that has cared for our Mother!

This place is not just pretty. It’s so wonderful. I had a tour today and I was so appreciative for a place for Mom setting this up. I felt like every question I had was answered before I asked it even the ones I didn’t know to ask I can’t wait to bring my mom here.

5 for all. It takes to time to get used to a life change but the staff is very accommodating. They loved the community the first time they saw the facilities.

I have found Brookdale Senior living to be an ideal place for my sister [name removed] to live during this time in her life. When she arrived there on [date removed], she was welcomed by the staff, who were waiting by the doorway with a welcome sign. The staff is attentive to her needs. She gets her prescribed medication on time. Her room is a single room with a bathroom and a shower and a microwave. They also provide O.T. and P.T. for her and have various activities for the residents every day. Recently we attended a family and friends event, where the families of residents were invited to an outdoor picnic with their loved ones. They also have Zoom meetings every two weeks on Thursdays which allow families to speak with the staff and bring any concerns they may have. While it's a bit of a distance to travel, my family is happy with Brookdale Senior Living and would recommend it to any family looking for a place for their loved ones needing care.

Everything about Brookdale was great. From the administration staff to the staff back in the memory care were A #1. The room was very spacious and always clean! Dad did not usually participate in the activities. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one. It was the best decision I ever made getting in touch with A Place for Mom and Brookdale!

Staff were terrific! Greeted every resident by name, and each other. Food was good and activities were available, though husband was reluctant to participate, could usually coax him with promise of treats. Had themed family dinner once a month, which was lovely. Room was always clean and laundry done. Room was much larger than he needed. Unfortunately, after falling and breaking his humerus, his needs became too great to stay there, but I was very happy with the care given when he was there.

The entire staff has been helpful. [name removed], who has mainly been in charge of the care and medications, is nothing short of a miracle maker. There had been so many people from doctors to pharmacist that had been taking advantage of my father. He had been given a lot of prescriptions he didn't need and prescribed that caused reactions with other medications he was taking. [name removed] at Brookdale Farmers Branch has coordinated and treatment plan and orchestrated a regimen of prescriptions that have made all the difference.

I really liked what I saw at Brookdale Liverpool. Nowhere is perfect, but this looked pretty good. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about cost, procedure. I liked the quality of care i saw and the mission of Brooke ale Liverpool.

We love the staff and my mom is happy! My mom is 90 so we got a studio . It is small but perfect for her . They have a great staff and food is very good . The cleaning staff is very good and helpful. Activities are every day . They decorate for every holiday and have events monthly . I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place.

The staff have been wonderful to my mother and maintained great communication with us. They clearly care for her well-being which is evident in conversations and updates. This was a difficult transition to make but she has settled in comfortably and reports enjoying the facility. They provide lots of activities for their residents. Additionally she has had the opportunity to go on several outings with a small group which has really boosted her health and morale.

It felt very light and airy. Everyone was smiling and friendly. It was clean and had no odors. It felt home like.

This place is beautiful, clean, and friendly. Five stars on everything! I will keep it in mind as my mother ages.

Brookdale is great! My mother in law is very happy there. It was so clean, the food is great, the staff are caring , and the apartment is a perfect size down for her .

The place is beautiful and feels like home from what I saw. I am praying we can afford to put my father there. Unfortunately we can't afford a studio and that is all that is available at this time. They said they would call us if a shared suite comes available. But as I said, still not sure we can afford it, especially when my fathers illness get worse.

Staff are soooo good to my Mama... when I take her out, she stops and gives hugs to ALL STAFF... and tells them she loves them... she tells me she doesn't know where she is, but they are very good to her...

Brookdale is an open, clean, and friendly facility. A friend joined me as she was looking for a place for.both her parents. She chose Brookdale for them, and I probably would have chosen it as well for my 97-year-old mother, but the costs were prohibitive. The room and board is reasonable, but medication administration alone is an additional $[removed]. My mom also requires showering, dressing, and some bathroom assistance, and those services would have added to her monthly bill. I chose another assisted living facility for Mom, but I was favorably impressed with the staff and facility offerings at Brookdale.

[name removed] asked me so many questions about the loved one I was looking to place in senior living, to get a feel about her. All staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. I adore the central garden and know my grandmother in law will feel at home there!

I independently called the admissions office at Brookdale and was able to immediately book a tour for the following day. All of my questions were answered and there was no hard sell. It’s a beautiful midsized community with much to offer. Wide open spaces with lots of natural light. A variety of unit sizes were available to view! Observed complete renovation of several units that had been recently vacated which confirmed that things are kept shipshape at all times. Very encouraging. All of the staff we met were delightful and all of the residents we encountered were smiling and welcomed us as they would to their “home.” That says a lot about how they feel about living in this facility! Signing a contract! I received the Brookdale info from our local Hospital!

Wonderful facility. I like that it is mostly on one floor except for the dining hall. However, the elevator goes right there so there is no confusion or problem getting there. [name removed] was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. The facility itself appeared clean and well maintained. Rooms and apartments are of adequate size. I really was impressed.
