I am in the facility nearly everyday to visit my mother, who has been a resident for about 2 months. I have found the staff to be not only professional, but very friendly and kind. I am amazed at the scope and quantity of activities that my mom has to chose from on a weekly basis. My mother became ill recently and the staff called me quickly to be involved in the decision of how to get her to the hospital. She was admitted for about 8 days and received visits from the center director about every other day. We are pleased with the care and attention mom gets. I visit several of the other residents every day that I am in the center and find them to be happy and engaged with one another. I only don't give straight 5 stars because there is always room for improvement...but my days are more peaceful now knowing that since I can't be with her constantly, someone is caring for her when I am not there.

My mom moved in this month and LOVES it. Everyone is very friendly and she feels very safe and welcomed. She says she no longer feels lonely. It was a great move for her.

Overall things have gone fairly well at Cascades of the Sierra! The facility itself is absolutely fantastic, it is a great looking place, and always well kept and clean. The food here is wonderful! The head chef is a terrific guy, and has become close friends with my Dad. We have had a few difficulties, however. The billing process could be a lot smoother, there has been some confusion as to items on the bill as well as the bill being sent to the wrong address. They also could use more staff in the evenings. I've noticed a few confused residents wandering in the hall in the evenings when there are less staff, and I've felt like I have to stop and help them myself more than once.

My loved one lives here. He likes all the help that he is getting, so that seems to be working out. It is also close to another family members home, so it makes visiting or stopping by if he needs anything very convenient.

My parents have been here a little over 1 year or so. It has been the best thing that ever happened to them at this time of their life. I have not found 1 employee there that does not truly care for what they do and the people they do it for. The smiles are sincere on the staff and residents. No complaints and if I had a questions, it was answered immediately and taken care of. My father came alive again after been seculed in his own home and having multiple strokes. The socialization worked and they are very happy and blessed. Keep up the great work Regency Grand Team!!!!

My mom is living here in assisted living. The staff are kind and attentive, the food is very good, and the communication with family is variable, sometimes excellent, sometimes not. They will answer any question you have, though. There are activities offered. They helped my mom with a discounted room because she has a low income, but they do not take Medicaid. Her studio room is small, just 300 sq ft.

Heritage Springs is a place that loves their seniors. Everyone of the staff from the management to the care providers contributes to the happiness and physical well being of the residents. When we moved out Mom in we were apprehensive. We thought she would have a difficult time living in a facility away from family, but the staff at Heritage Springs made her feel comfortable right away and helped her transition into the community. We never expected to experience this level of true compassion. We are delighted with Heritage Springs and very thankful for their kindness and understanding.

I'm extremely satisfied with Emeritus. Staff members are polite, friendly, and understanding. Whenever we have questions or concerns, every effort is made to make things right. The director of the facility is particularly eager to work with families so that they may be at ease with trusting Emeritus with their loved-one's care. My mother-in-law is very satisfied living at Emeritus, often complimenting the food and commenting upon how kind and helpful everyone is. She was prepared to dislike assisted-living, but the staff was patient, easing her into the routine and encouraging her to participate in activities when she felt ready. Mom now attends the sing-alongs and goes to an exercise class everyday. The caregivers are sensitive to dignity issues. At first, Mom was reluctant to allow anyone to help her with her personal care, but her caregivers were respectful of her feelings and let her set the pace. Now Mom readily accepts their help. We are pleased that we were guided to this quality facility.

The staff seem very friendly and helpful with the exception of the daytime front desk person who can be a bit curt. Seemed she wasn't really happy with her job or just isn't a very warm, friendly type which is what I would've expected considering she is the first person you meet. Other than her, the staff have all been gracious, helpful and very nice. The food is really good. The rooms and common areas are lovely and the outdoor areas are very nice. I would definitely recommend the Cascades.

After visiting other facilities we were so happy to have a tour with Natalie. She was very professional and able to answer all of our questions. They allow pets which helped to tell our Mom she was able to take her kitty with her. Heritage Springs is a fabulous facility that we moved our Mom into less than a month after our tour. The move in was seem less. The staff are all very friendly and attentive to our mothers needs. My sister and I would highly recommend this facility! They offer both assisted living and memory care so if we need to move our mother to memory care we can stay at Heritage Springs which is a huge plus.

Arbor Village is a great community that is providing the right level of care that we were looking for. The ability of the staff to be so accommodating to us and our situation really set them apart. The room here was pretty much set up as the room in the last community she was in so it wasn't a complete shock. We are very happy with them as of now.

Tour was informative. Units visited were interesting. All was very similar to another facility I visited.

My wife has been a resident for over 4 months. I don’t think there’s a better place for her. Most of the staff are very nice. My only criticism is that there aren’t enough staff to feed people at meal time. My wife eats with her hands and requires assistance. I often visit during meals so that I can help.

This is a nice continuing care community. Friendly folks, daily activities and trips to various shopping venues. A nice, if a bit congested, dining hall for residents; all menu items freshly prepared daily. The campus grounds are nicely maintained.

Without having any previous experience of memory care facilities I would say it's overall good. The room is nice, the attendants are friendly and helpful, the food seems satisfactory and my wife is generally happy there. I would probably recommend it to others after I get to know it better.

Staff were professional and friendly. The Community Relations staff was very knowledgeable and understanding. The community is small, homey and elegant. Residents have small rooms and share bathrooms. Not a lot of activities or going out for experiences.

Although my husband is no longer there, our overall experience was very positive. The care staff could improve, but all of the other staff was great. The food was good. Cleanliness was excellent, the apartment was excellent, and the activities were excellent.

Beautiful and well maintained place. Exceptional staff, especially the maintenance staff who went above and beyond to get our friend moved in and made to feel welcome. i want to live there.

The staff is wonderful! But there aren't enough to go around. I visit my wife daily and I see half of the table needs help and there's usually only one person feeding 6 people. I love the staff that I've met and they really need help.

The Willows is very clean and the housekeeping service is great. My parent's really appreciate the shuttle bus trips to the store every week. They have a large one bedroom apartment with the walk in closet. It is just the right size for two people who have just downsized from a larger home. The people there all seem very friendly. One improvement that would be beneficial to the residents is to include internet service in the rent but overall, The Willows is a good value for the money. Yes, I would definitely recommend the community to others. I would really like to thank a place for Mom for all the help they gave me when I was searching for a place for my parents. Your staff was so helpful, especially [name removed].
