The facility is staffed by pleasant people who genuinely care, the facility is clean, well maintained and interactive. The staff knows each resident by name and address their needs. We would absolutely recommend The Ridge at Oregon City

Staff is exceeding wonderful. They go above and beyond to be involved in care. We feel like they are family.

We are not sure yet of the quality of care but the staff are all friendly and helpful. They did administer their flu drugs during the flu season and brought their meals to their room to avoid further exposure so that was great. Our folks haven't gotten involved with any activities yet but we have been trying to convince them to do a few things. Their memory is going so that may be the reason.

Although it took time to get my mother’s doctor’s office to send in the correct paperwork, [name removed] guided us through the process. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Move in day was smooth. It’s just my mother who is finding it difficult to adjust to her new surroundings and I am trusting the facility to ease her into it.

We found the Regency Grand to be perfect for our needs. Taking into consideration how expensive rent and food is, it's actually a very good deal. My mother in law has a 1 bedroom with high ceilings, a patio, and a small microwave and fridge included in her assisted living apartment. The food is delicious and healthy and served restaurant style. If a resident misses a set meal time they have other options that are available anytime and include hamburgers and hotdogs. The menu changes all the time and include things like salmon and turkey.

Waterford grand is a beautiful facility without feeling high end fancy just high end tasteful beautiful. Every single person I have worked with is wonderful. My mother’s room is on the third floor with a balcony and big windows that overlook the river that runs through town here in Eugene. That is her idea of a little piece of heaven. I am so thankful for the recommendation from a place for Mom. This is twice now that they have zeroed in on the best place for my mother. The last time was in Seattle. . Every bit of my experience with a place for Mom has been positive and highly beneficial.

It's a "5" on all, with the exception of #7. Our father was in Royalton for Hospice care, so he did not participate in any activities. It was a warm and caring experience for my father and our family. We were able to come any time to visit my father. We really appreciated that. The care staff were so friendly and kind towards my father as well as us. We spent long hours there and they brought up beverages from the dining room and little snacks a couple of times. At shift changes the departing crew came around with the new staff coming on and gave an update in the room with my father... and said their goodbyes, see you tomorrow. A very welcome and nice touch.

5 for all. What we like the most about Cascades of Bremerton is the resident support. All the staff are so kind and make residents feel welcome. They help with random questions/tasks residents have. They remember meal preferences in the dining room. They make pets feel welcome.

Well kept facility with beautiful courtyards. Memory Care is very secure and clean. Staff is responsive to needs. Management staff is attentive to needs and changes in individual schedules for patients and families.

Waterford is beautiful, well maintained, lots of activities, wonderful staff, great nurses, front desk women are delightful. My husband tells the food is really good. 10/10

I would recommend this facility. Thank you for helping my family find this wonderful place for my mom. Her health and safety are in their hands, and they are doing a great job. They are very inclusive, kind and caring. I would highly recommend the facility and staff.

It's easy to communicate with them. Through email or phone call. They are always eager to pick up phone or email you back. When I can't go see my mom they always update me on news. My mom has been thriving since she has been there. Gained weight, eats her 3 meals a day, happy when I see her. I'm not saying she doesn't have bad days... there are some as her dementia declines but the good days definitely out weigh the bad days. Best decision I ever made to have her live there .

Ashley Garden / Cascades was a good fit for my wife. They provided excellent care and supportive environment. The hospice nurses were exceptional.

Literally all 5's. They truly are a great fit. They do a great job working with the family and the resident for a successful transition. Its not sterile.... its warm and welcoming and personal. They've become an extension of our family. So when we visit its like visiting family. Because, even though we are visiting my Mom, we cant help but visit with everyone else.... staff, residents, everyone there. So its like a 2nd home.

The staff has been friendly and helpful. They communicate with me on their needs to make sure that my aunt's stay is comfortable. Regency Grand of West Covina has been very professional with outstanding communication. They have made the transition from living in your own home to a Senior facility successful. I have been very pleased with my decision to have my aunt stay there, and I am proud to say that she is part of that.

Extremely helpful and caring staff. I can't rate them highly enough. They have taken care of us at every turn. The facility is always clean, and the grounds are always meticulous.

We would give the a 5 on all categories. We made the best decision for our mom. It's a very nice facility and vert well cared for. They have a nice outdoor space for the residents and visitors. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will say for someone who may be thinking of a loved one there is a getting used to period and the staff is very helpful with that.

When it is time for late stage hospice, SDS is not able give attention and drugs necessary. I wish we had known this a day or two earlier. She suffered horribly before we moved her to [community removed]. Residents can have pets. Staff were WONDERFUL. So kind to [name removed].
