I would say a 5 for all of them. I don't have anything negative to say at all. It was definitely an adjustment but everything went pretty smoothly overall.

Rate a 5 for all. Extremely happy with the experience so far and husband is adjusting. One might pay less but I think you get what you pay for. This cost more than couple I looked at but they were definitely inferior. Some more expensive too, but think this just as nice as the more expensive.

Sorry, I can’t remember the young lady that showed me around what she was great. She introduced me to the staff that was there. She walked me through a facility and answered all of my questions. And follow up with me that they are later, which I thought was cool.

My mom is happier / less dependent living. The food is a 4-5 I am assuming based on my mom being very happy with the food. Always multiple things available everyday. Unfortunately my mom rarely participates. Yes i would recommend. My mom is happy and staff & residents are friendly and kind.

I like that all the people that are here are very friendly. The food is good and I'm getting more and more comfortable every day.

The staff was very helpful and caring as we considered memory care for our dad. From the monthly support group to answering our questions to walking us back to his room, they were there for us!

My sister is genuinely happy living at Cedar Hurst! Superior care, good food, served with dignity and care, and workers who answer her needs with a smile.

After 6 months I would give it four stars. Our initial experience was definitely a five but I have found now that my mother has moved in and gotten settled there seems to be a lot less urgency among staff to return phone calls or discuss her issues. In terms of personnel, I would give huge kudos to [name removed] who handled all of our initial contacts, tours and questions and went the extra mile to meet with my mom and get her settled and involved with the community, and she continues in that same vein. Also [name removed] at the front desk is an absolute gem.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care provided by Cedarhurst (formerly [removed]). The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive to my mom’s needs, which gives me great comfort and peace of mind. I am very pleased with the care my mom receives and especially appreciate how well the staff keeps me informed and involved in important matters. They truly make me feel like a valued part of my mom’s care team. Cedarhurst is a beautiful facility, and my overall experience has been very positive. I am grateful for the kindness, compassion, and dedication shown by the entire staff.

Our experience at Tesson Heights has been very positive. The management team has been wonderful to work with and continues to communicate and partner well with our family. Our sister is happy in her one-bedroom apartment, which is a great fit for her needs, and she enjoys the sense of community among both the residents and staff. The atmosphere feels welcoming and has a strong family-like environment. She also enjoys the meals, although we have noticed that some of the food tends to be on the salty side and includes more fried options than we would prefer.

She loves it. I give it a 10 stars out of five stars. The people couldn't be better the service the food the caregiving they got their call buttons. It's amazing and clean clean clean.

The food, room size, and activities are fine. Housekeeping and staff are excellent. Maintenance response could be better.

CedarHurst has been great for my mother. The staff is attentive, friendly and very caring. The food is great and the staff is helpful with making sure she gets what she wants. The apartment is very roomy and comfortable for her needs. I am very glad we chose CedarHurst of Nicholasville.

We were so impressed as soon as we walked in the door! The layout is spacious and inviting. The hallway is wide and there are handrails on both sides. [name removed] has the studio size apartment, which is large enough for a bedroom side and a sitting area with chairs, a recliner and a small table with chairs. She has two closets and a space for a small refrigerator. The bathroom is large enough for a wheelchair and any assistant she may need. The dining room is very pleasant with a view of the private lake . There is a large covered patio with fans for sitting and enjoying being outside. The food is good and they have a menu for alternatives to the featured meal. Best of all, the staff are so good! Everyone seems to genuinely care about the residents and they answer my questions and address any concerns. We are so glad that she could live there!

I received a complete tour of facilities, talked with several staff members and received answers to all my questions. Am planning to use its respite care facility soon.

[name removed] from Cedarhurst called me right away and even took me in for a last minute tour. He was full of information, very upfront and professional. My dad's budget might not be the right fit for Cedarhurst and we're still working on logistics and timing for our situation, but I would be very pleased to have my dad as a resident there.

Facility is great. Clean. Smells nice. Lots is space to visit family. We had a very informative visit. All our questions were answered. We liked the apartment. We also liked how you could age in place from independent living to hospice care.

My sister and I felt very comfortable and welcomed just walking through the door. Everyone was so nice and helpful. During our tour there were several different activities rooms for any time of the day. Residents were friendly and told us they love the place and the food. We visited 3 or 4 other centers. However, they didn't provide the homing feeling.

Other families looking would find it helpful to know how helpful they are for your loved one.

Things are going well there. We are happy with her placement there. The people are nice and she feels comfortable. It has been a huge relief as her symptoms continue to increase with her Alzheimer's. I would recommend.
