They were very gracious. They have been very patient with me as I try to work out the selling of my home first. Countryside is awesome. Their building is immaculate, their programs are incredible. There is ample reason for their # 1 rating in this area!

Staff have been pleasant and professional. When a problem was reported they were quick to respond and resolve. The residents have been welcoming as well

The rooms are very spacious for residents. The staff is very caring, always interacting with the residents. Management is always looking at how to improve the living experience for loved ones and residents.

I would give The Preserve at Spring Creek 5 stars for everything, except for Internet connection. Sometimes my dad can't print something, and the computer is right next to the printer. My dad loves the food, the amenities such as pool, a brand new cottage, the people which includes the staff and his neighbors, and the ability to ride his tricycle for an hour every morning. He takes physical therapy there twice a week to help him with his balance and neuropathy, and he is very pleased with that, too.

We chose The Landing at Augusta Pines because the facility was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The staff and administrators are friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that this was a place that my father would be happy, safe and comfortable living in. I would highly recommend them.

They were the best all-around facility, with provisions for almost any need someone might have. The management went above and beyond to accommodate needs that I didn't even realize needed to be addressed. They were the best!

We really liked Washington Garden home and will consider it seriously as a respite care place to put my mother in the near future.

The Landing is very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and not pushy. A lot of activities for the residents.

The intake staff was very understanding and very very helpful as we needed to get Mom in as easily and quickly as possible. They worked on the price to get it down to A figure that I could afford. The staff has been very attentive to Mom. And made her feel welcome and included in the activities. I have definitely seen an improvement in Mom's attitude.

Everything was great, staff was very accommodating and giving us a tour and showing us all the different options. They were very forthright and costs for the facility.

The first thing that you notice is that is very clean. The caregivers get to know you a give the best of care. My room size is perfect for 1 person. I have found a safe, welcoming community. Food is good, dining room needs more personnel. Overall, a great place.

Excellent staff, great place and amenities, don't like the rent goes up (3-5%) at begining of new year even if you move in at end of previous year, you should pay same rent for 12 months..

There really was nothing wrong with the facility. I enjoyed my tour and was impressed at the vast array of activities residents were involved in. This really was impressive. Unfortunately, due to financial limitations, I have decided to decline my request for my father to stay at your residence. Thank you for your time and effort

Helpful and kind, engaging staff, plenty of activities and excursions, food service has been spotty due to staffing challenges but well cooked, very clean and well maintained, maintenance staff is very responsive.

We would definitely rate Senior Living at the Greens a solid 5 stars. They were very easy to work with in getting into our apartment. While we have had significant issues with our Long-Term Care insurance qualifying our residence, The Greens has consistently provided the seemingly endless and changing information that has been required. Hopefully that has now been resolved and payment has been received. There are changing activities provided here at The Greens. The Chef provides a varied cuisine that makes meal time pleasurable. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly and genuinely interested in the healthcare of the residents. There are numerous eating establishment in the area to provide an additional variety to the daily menu. Weekly visits to the local grocery store provides an outing to replenish your supplies. The resident rooms are very comfortable and large as is the entire facility. We are extremely happy here and our daughter is only minutes away, and visits often.
