The staff is attentive, always willing to help and very courteous. Many activities with good variety. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Apartments are larger than at other facilities.

My mother is in independent living in a two bedroom apartment ground floor close to all activities. The food goes up and down but she can cook in her place if she wants. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the community to others.

I have toured 4 places by recommendations by people in the community. This was by far my favorite for many reasons, including ease of going on waiting list, moving parents to the facility, price, cheerful and new, caring and most of all letting assisted living residents mingle with independent. I walked in unannounced and met with different residents. All very happy about where they were. [name removed] gave me the tour and as we walked from Independent to Assisted they all knew her and she knew them. Also, I observed other care takers with the residents and they were all loving and respectful. [name removed] also sat down with me with me offering advice on how to make the transition with love, respect and care for my parents. Also, I talked with friends who had love ones as residents and they talked highly of Clarendale.

I would give them 5. The place is very clean and they clean each room once a week. They encourage you to participate

A wonderful place. However, there are no apartments available in those we would have been interested in and won't be for 2 or 3 years. Not thaat it would matter, because we could in no way afford to live there. Thank you for asking.

We enjoyed our tour at the Delaney very much. We received a thorough tour and information we desired. The facility is fairly new and was very light and bright. It had a wonderful patio where residents could walk and relax in inviting chairs. We were disappointed at the end that they had the only vacancy promised and two on the waiting list that already lived at The Delaney.

5 on each of them. My mom has been there since February and it's been an excellent experience. They have been going through a remodel, so some days there has been chaos, but they have explained what is taking place and tried to ensure that confusion was at a minimum.

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with the staff at Havenwood. It is a relatively new facility, very bright and nicely set up. I was happy to hear about the extensive training and support level they provide for Parkinson’s patients. It is definitely a place we will be considering when the time comes for joining a memory-care community.

I had a wonderful tour at the Avalon of New Albany! [name removed] gave very informative details that helped us make the decision that this would be a good fit for our relative! I feel like our relative will be in good caring hands and with plenty of activities to keep him busy and happy!

We can’t say enough good things about South Port Square and the care our mom has received. Mom initially moved into Assisted Living, but unfortunately, her dementia progressed very quickly. Within 30 days, we were able to transition her to Memory Care, and from the very beginning, the nurses immediately began working on solutions to help her feel more comfortable, relaxed, and secure. The Sales Director has been phenomenal throughout this entire journey. She has been there from the very beginning and has helped guide our family through every step—from the hospital, to rehab, to Assisted Living, and now Memory Care. She understands how difficult and overwhelming this process can be and took the time to really get to know our mom, ask the right questions, and understand all of the little things that make her who she is. The Care Directors in both Assisted Living and Memory Care have also been wonderful. The three of them have worked incredibly well together, communicating Mom’s needs.

Homey, beautiful, friendly, laid out well, units looked really nice. I saw only one empty unit as all the others were occupied. The staff i interacted with were very helpful and seemed to interact well with the residents. Solid activity calendar. I really liked what I saw.

I give them 5 stars. Everything is great, and everyone is kind, loving, and helpful. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

We could not be happier with Avalon. From the very beginning the staff went out of their way to help mom feel welcomed and a part of the community. All the staff is very friendly and personable. They have the best activities with a wide variety. Mom always in joys participating. She especially enjoyed taking her walker through the sprinkler this summer. The staff partners with us (the family) to provide mom with the best care. Highly recommend.

We rated Regency Oaks at the top of all categories. Better food and dinning, better unit space and choices, and overall presentation and interest to help up decide. We ended up signing a contract that met our wants and desires. We will be moving into our unit in a few days. Very attentive after signing contract and helping with arrangements to become residents.

The facility was amazing. The staff were engaging and polite. The memory care unit was top notch and I found it to be wonderful. The only reason we didn’t place our mother there is they have shared rooms, we needed a private room with her own restroom. I appreciated [name removed] and her enthusiasm. She truly loves her job!

Our whole experience from start to when my mother moved in has been extremely positive. The place is immaculate, there are tons of interesting and diverse activities to choose from on a daily basis, the nursing staff is fantastic, especially the manager and director are outstanding! The place is super clean and smells good all the time!!

I would definitely rate them a 10 out of 5 overall, great place! the sales manager was more than just doing sales, she was so helpful and caring and continued to check in with us after dad was moved in, always helpful and stopped in to visit dad during the day! The director of the memory care unit also went above and beyond, she herself helped dad get from bed to chair, cleaned him and checked in with our family to make sure things were ok, she assigned her best caregivers to him as he needed more assistance all day, we had to walk by her office on our way to see dad and she was always available and gave us a hug if we needed. I cannot say enough positive things about her, she is what made us choose SPS. The nurses, caregivers, activity director, and even the room cleaner was so friendly, kind and helpful!

Initially we had some issues with my sister moving to a different location. The staff was very patient and accommodating through this transition. The room she was place in was large with all the amenities she needs. She is getting the care she needs and the facility and grounds are lovely and secure. [name removed] is very accommodating to answer any question that I have. I would recommend this facility very highly to take care of your loved one that needs memory care highly recommended.
