The facility is beautiful. The representatives at this location are very personable and knowledgeable about dementia and memory issue. There are a lot of activities to keep the residents engaged and active. I can’t wait to move my family member in.

Outstanding community to all the boxes best around and everybody was smiling. I would recommend anybody that’s thinking about making the transition to come and have a look at this building.

A Place for Mom has been extremely helpful in finding the perfect place for mom. The transition was smooth and staff went above & beyond in being helpful. We appreciate the care and services mom receives.

The Roosevelt is a beautiful facility and looks like a 5 star hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping does a great job keeping everything immaculately clean. The menu is exceptional and the dining room staff are wonderful. The Roosevelt stood out from the other 9 places that I toured because of their cost transparency and the quality for the money.

My stepmom has been a resident for a little over a year. I am impressed by the care she receives. The nursing staff is excellent and regularly follows up with me. I highly recommend Heritage at Gainesville

As one who has a mother who is a Senior, I'm always "windowshopping" for possible communities in the event that we would have to make a transition for mom. All things considered, Havenwood would definitely be a place that tops the list of places to consider. From the facilities, the care of the staff, and the welcoming spirit, this place checks all of the boxes for me and I know that my mom would say the same.

[name removed] at the Delaney was wonderful - explained everything and took the time and effort to take us through the entire community even outdoors.

Employees were friendly and seemed sincere. Facility had all the amenities I was looking for in a temporary home.

The staff are wonderful!! Very friendly and attentive. My dad is actually getting involved in most of the activities which surprises me and makes me happy. The place is always clean and I am in there 4-5 days a week.

The Delaney has a comfortable and homey feel. The staff and residents were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The facility itself is clean and provides lots of areas for activities from arts and crafts to exercise. I looked at a two-bedroom apartment. It was thoughtfully designed with a large bathroom and plenty of closet space. I think it is an excellent place to live.

Beautiful campus inside and out, the set up of Assisted Living works very well for my mom. I was able to meet the Clinical director, Activities, Director, and facility director during my visit, the residents appeared to be happy, clean, and interacting with each other and the staff. The apartment options were much roomier than expected, and while the cost was higher than some of the places we went the staffing and Clinical support that they are providing was evident. I’m learning through this process to ask the right questions and cost is directly attached to support and oversight. South Port definitely checks all the boxes with little concern about next steps if Mom’s health declines because they have all the Care necessary through end of days. This is definitely at the top of our list. [name removed] has been very helpful with clear knowledge of the medical maneuvering.

I was impressed with Richmond Place. There are three separate buildings housing staying there. The main building is independent living for seniors. There is a building for assisted living and finally a memory care unit. Everything was clean. The people staying there seem to be well taken care of. The highlight of my visit was the chef making me a pastry.

We were warmly greeted, treated as special guests, & had plenty of time to have our questions answered & see the facility.

The tour was very thorough. I was quite impressed by the memory care unit and activities room. The residents were very friendly and seemed quite happy. Lovely building with many amenities. The staff were empathic and helpful, with prompt follow up.

I was not the actual resident at Rose. My sister was there. The staff was friendly and helpful; the facility was clean and the apartment size was just right. No complaints about the food.

We were struggling trying to care for our mother and find a facility for her. She has dementia. I called Avalon and they assessed her and had her set up in a room in 3 days. The staff is amazing and keeps me updated on her care. The rooms are a good size. There is room for a bed and furniture. She has made a few friends there she participates in daily activities with them.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice. Independent living apartments are very spacious, lots of closet space, upgraded amenities. The assisted living rooms are well laid out and comfortable. I would recommend this community to others.

I would score the service as 5 stars. The apartment is well equipped w/ full kitchen/appliances, pantry, adequate closets/ storage, laundry room w/ washer/dryer, spacious living/dinette, bedroom and walk in closet, and full bathroom with large shower and sink/vanity. Lunch and dinner in two dining rooms w/very adequate daily menu/ extra choices! Hair salon, movie theater, gym, library and trips out in the community! Staff is very caring and helpful. My friend loves it there and is enjoying meeting numerous other residents and participating in all the numerous activities.

Honestly 5 for all. Staff always pleasant. I have not met one person who has not been helpful. Very clean. Great food. Mom eats better than I do! I would recommend Richmond Place to other families based on the experience

After a bad experience elsewhere- we could not be happier with our choice here. We have parents in two areas of the community and the food, activities and care have been wonderful. We trust the director and the nurse in charge. The attention to detail, and the hospitality have been outstanding.
