Very impressed with Dresher Estates. [name removed] was wonderful. Gave me a tour and answered all questions. Very accommodating to do everthing they could to meet mom's needs.

We toured four places virtually, not in person. We chose Sodalis and are awaiting the move-in date. They have been responsive and we look forward to placing our loved one with them.

Everyone is very nice to her and help her the best I can. When she rings the buzzer cuz she has to go to the restroom or something like that they are there within 5 minutes. I highly recommend it

Staff have been wonderful getting to know my mom and understanding her through her good days and bad days. I appreciate the updates and the staff have been wonderful to work with. She has been to 2 other memory care places and Magnolias is the best!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Magnolias of Chambersburg. Last month, my Mom moved into the community and the experience has been exceptional. The staff and residents have welcomed my Mom with open and caring arms. The Magnolias staff have been professional, communicative, attentive, kind, and compassionate. It is clear that everyone is deeply committed to the wellbeing of the residents and to fostering a thriving sense of community.

The Crossing was excellent. My sister was there for four months before she passed away. She was in memory care. Staff was attentive and kind. The activity Director was excellent and the staff they did great things to keep the residence engaged. It is never an ideal situation that you want to be in, but we were happy to have found The Crossing for my sister.

The place is beautiful; it is definitely in the middle of construction but the pond in the back and the front porch even is just such a country small town homey feel. When we walked through the tour every resident we passed would stop and have a conversation with us which helped tremendously ease our minds for social atmosphere and kind aura which still adds to that small town homey feeling.

A great atmosphere for the elderly. The facility is very clean. The staff is amazing, they are super friendly and will do everything they can to make sure your loved one is comfortable. The activities are very good and enjoyable. Over all it is a great place for your loved one!!

The staff treats the residents like family. Everyone is very friendly and compassionate about the residents. The facility very clean, orderly and the food is good.

We toured the facility and have signed a lease for my father. How do you get access to WiFi/internet, it’s listed as one of the amenities but it wasn’t mentioned on the tour.

[name removed]s disease was further along than we thought but the staff reached out to find us extra help with assisting [name removed]s needs and one reached out to me in Tennessee to keep me updated. I would live there, what a great place.

I am currently providing singing entertainment for the residents there at Magnolias of Chambersburg and have done so since 2015.[Name Removed] has been instrumental over the course of those years to send invitations to me to come and sing. In the recent year of 2025/26 she and her assistant [Name removed] have been incredibly kind and helpful when we come to be hospitable to our needs as entertainers. The environment and the facility itself is amazing and welcoming and it appears the residents are pleased and well accommodated with their living needs. I would certainly recommend the Magnolias of Chambersburg a loved one or anyone for that matter! Thank you again , for the opportunity to be part of the Magnolias Experience through what I do. I first noticed how clean and bright it is, and it didn't smell at all. I liked the rooms, they were well laid out, with large bay windows. The staff was friendly, and seemed interested in knowing my mom. My sister and I like Aspen Ridge very much, but are very disappointed that we cannot afford it.

Very welcoming and nice place. Staff was very friendly. I will be becoming a resident. Very impressed with what this facility has to offer.

I have visited Celebration Villa twice and both times everyone was just great. [names removed] spent time with us and explained everything so well. They treated my friend who will be the resident with respect and warmth. I feel like Celebration Villa will be just the place for my friend.

Activities are amazing. Nurses, same ones all the time. We have a great Raport with them. We love [name removed] the director. My mom loves the food. Its cozy there and you ask them to do things a certain way (moms skin care), they listen and report it to everybody. Only down side is smaller room and bathroom for slightly more money. Its worth the trade for us. The residents are all happier. They Never complain.

The facility was lovely and so was the staff. I would feel very secure in having my parent in this facility with it’s availability of drs/ nurses, round the clock staff.

The facility was very impressive. Depending upon the needs of your loved one, I would recommend taking a tour.
