This struck me as a great place for Assisted Living and … beyond. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. Very well-maintained and attractive environment. My only minor concern is that *some* of the units use hotel-style air conditioner units that seemed a tad noisier than I’d ideally like. Thankfully, the type my mom would mostly likely be interested in had quieter, central air conditioning.

It was good except we would have like to see more apartments. Possibly get on a wait list for one that my parents would like.

Love the staff. Mom is in memory care. She has adapted very well. We were very worried, such a relief. The activities are engaging. Not sure about the food.

The apartment size was just right. Could use a little more storage. My father in law enjoys the food. The staff is great EXCEPT for the front desk girl. She supposedly work at another facility. But she is always confused. It took us a month to get my father in laws mailbox key. That was asking her several times. The one time we asked her she left the front desk for 15 minutes then when she came back couldn't remember what we needed!

For the last three years, Westbrook Senior Living’s Memory Care team provided my Mom with extraordinary, compassionate care, and our family will be forever grateful. [name removed] and his entire team are nothing short of amazing! They didn't just care for my Mom; they truly loved her. That devotion, patience, and warmth showed in every interaction and made all the difference in the world during a difficult journey for our family. Knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared for her brought our family peace. To [name removed] and the extraordinary Memory Care staff in Streamwood: thank you for treating my mom like family and for giving her such dignity, tenderness, and love until the very end. You are true angels, and we cannot recommend Westbrook Senior Living highly enough. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If you are looking for a memory care facility for a loved one, this is the place! The whole community is beautiful, but the staff is what makes this place special. They treat everyone that lives there like they would treat their own parents! In Memory Care, the staff went above and beyond when taking care of our mom. The love and respect they showed her during her struggles with dementia will never be forgotten. The Director in Memory Care reached out to me constantly to let me know everything going on with mom throughout her stay there. Our family will always have a special place in our hearts for the whole Memory Care Team at Westbrook Senior Living!

So far, I’ve had a very good experience with the staff and with how they are taking care of my uncle. Everyone has been very helpful, and I’ve been really happy with the care he is receiving. The only thing I would really like to see is a more direct way to communicate with the staff who are on duty. It would be helpful to have a direct phone number, text, or email so that if there is something time-sensitive I need to discuss, I can reach the appropriate person right away. Right now, you have to call the front desk and leave a message, and I’m not always sure the message is getting to the right person quickly enough. Other than that, I’m really enjoying the staff and have had a very positive experience so far.

The staff was great and I really felt that they cared for and loved my mom. I discovered that they saved their absolute best people for Memory Care, however, which makes sense and is probably the right call.

We really enjoyed it so far. There are a lot of activities and everyone is really nice. The only downside was some miscommunication from a newer employee and they've had a handful of turnover on the executive level but so far the changes the new team members have made to have been really great. The staff communicates well and overall we are happy with our move.

Honesty I have been super impressed at every level. Each employee speaks to me and my mother by our name and the service in each category is 5 exceptional. I feel it is the best choice I could have made and worth the money. [name removed] is an wonderful communicator and the staff is friendly.

Place is well run, very clean and modern. Felt like it was justbuilt yesterday. So many areas for clients too enjoy. I’ve visited 5 different senior living facilities and this one stands out far above the rest. 5 Star facility friendly staff, beautiful place and is priced competitively.

I toured the location at noon on Wed. [date removed]. Their receptionist greeted me promptly, and notified my contact immediately that I had arrived. I was shown to a lovely parlor to wait for [name removed], and she arrived within a few minutes. We had a great chat about what I was looking for, and what crestview had to offer. I noted how non-hectic and quiet the halls were. I was shown the various common areas and was impressed by the amenities and activities were available. [name removed] then showed me a 2br/1ba unit which seemed to best meet my space requirement. We then chatted more and continued touring the hallway and other amenities. As we were preparing to wrap up, Erin provided me with a folder of additional info. I was very pleased with [name removed] tour and the presentation of the community.

Homestead was very warm and welcoming. They made my Mom feel very comfortable. It was very clean and had lots of activities. People were very friendly and the food was very good !

I want to recognize [name removed] for going above and beyond! She came in on her day off to help put together [name removed] party. She didn’t have to, but she chose to give her time to help make the celebration special. Her dedication, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. [name removed] is an amazing example of someone who cares about her job and the people around her. Thank you, [name removed], for going the extra mile—you are appreciated!

Overall been great. All the setup was east and smooth. Activities are really good, kept busy from 8to 5 occasional outings. We are kept well informed. Don't know about the food. Pretty clean or as good as it can be. Room is a good size for mom. Double bed, dresser, two big chairs, end table and tv stand. Could add others. Lighting is great and bathroom is huge and nice large closet.

Love the food here!!!! Its actually really good here. Very outgoing and friendly people!!!! Staff has been great and helpful!!! I'm so glad that I have moved here to Mason Assisted Living and Memory Care. My room is fantastic. Very roomy one bedroom. Very clean everywhere!!!

overall very nice. The people are amazing. I think my dad struggled because it was evident he needed more care almost immediately but we had hospice come in and supplement. I have no complaints and I would recommend HighPointe community to other families.

Please keep in mind that this review is based on my experience as a caregiver. The staff are exceptionally kind and do their best to be accommodating. There are a variety of activities that seem to be well attended, and the live music on Fridays appears to be a favorite among the residents. The facility itself is spotless and very well maintained. The only area where I've been disappointed is the apartment cleaning service, which is provided every other week. In my experience, the cleaning has not always been thorough. Vacuuming has sometimes been incomplete, the floors have not been properly washed, and on one occasion I had to request that the staff return to finish the job. To be clear, this concern is limited to the in-apartment housekeeping. The facility's common areas are consistently clean and well cared for. It's also possible there has been some miscommunication with my resident about the cleaning, as I'm not present when housekeeping visits. The apartment is a comfortable size, and overall I believe the community offers good value for the cost.

The person we met with was understanding about the difficulty of the visit showed grace and patience. We had some basic questions but their lead in presenting their facility and what they offered was very detailed and informative.
