Watermark Retirement Communities

Staff was very helpful. Facility looked clean, bright, cheery. Rooms were good size. Some furnishings could have been updated but were acceptable. Seemed like they had plenty of activities and groups for residents to participate in. I was pleased with the health assessment they performed. The residents were out and about when I was there. They were playing games. I walked by many apartments that had their front door open so anyone could stop by and chat. I didn't get the feeling that anything was being hidden.

Watermark assisted living seemed like a pleasant, well-run place. The decor was new and modern. The residents that I saw seemed to be well-groomed, nicely dressed, and upbeat. Lunch was in progress and residents are served at their tables. The menu had plenty of choices. They had some unusual activities listed, such as cooking classes, documentary films and live music, in addition to the more usual ones such as exercise and an outing to the state fair. I saw a studio apartment and a one-bedroom apartment. The bathroom in the one-BR was quite large, with ample room for a caregiver to assist the resident if needed. In the hall, many of the doors to the apartments had individual decorations, which was cheerful and welcoming.

Early rating is 5 stars. Very nice amenities. Staff is great and very responsive. My mom likes the food selection and the water activities.

Spouse has been in out of the hospital and 911 was called lots of help from staff. Food they hire young people who do not like to work. Food is good but they trouble keeping it hot.activiries are great something new to do every day. They have gotten new carpet furniture and art work since we have been here so everything is clean in common areas.housekeeping comes every two weeks. So home is clean. apartmentis ok size depends what is available at the time. Shower is the size of a phone booth that is what we all complain about.

Legacy at Clover Blossom was clean. The attendant tour guide was polite. Residents appeared happy and content. Security concerns were addressed promptly. There were many activities posted. Arrangements planned for should someone not be able to get to the store. Wash facilities on every floor. Price includes food and most everything. I’m not ready for that yet but preparing. Look forward to finding the joy of God’s blessings in the last years.

The staff and residents were so welcoming. The place was very clean and well taken care of. I was impressed with the facility. My sister said she felt a sense of peace when she toured.

I WOULD GIVE ALL OF THOSE CATEGORIES A NUMBER 5… THERE IS ONE CATEGORY THAT IS LACKING… WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A POOL FOR OVER TWO MONTHS AND THE ADMINISTRATION IS TELLING US. IT WILL BE TWO MORE MONTHS BEFORE IT'S BACK IN USE… THE CURRENT RESIDENTS THINK THAT IS NUMBER ONE UNFORTUNATE IN NUMBER TWO IS AT THE RIGHT ANSWER. IT SHOULD BE FIXED ASAP. SPECIALLY SINCE THEY'VE KNOWN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS OF THE PROBLEM. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND LEGACY TO OTHERS

Immensely helpful to get [name removed] in the right place where after a year she is literally thriving. Staff is excellent and patient. Facilities are immaculate. She is well fed, clean and dressed appropriately. The kindness has been exceptional. I want to thank your company for suggesting Watermark at the Pearl. Her last community was an abomination and I had lost all hope and we are private paying. Watermark has been a huge stress relief for us. A wonderful place.

Exclusiveish place. Very ,very nice! $[removed] sign in fee. Fairly expensive for the care of your loved one. If you can afford it - go for it!

We're very happy here. We have a great apartment, it's about half the size of our condo so obviously some trade offs but very comfortable and has everything we need. Quality of the build is very good. The cleaning service is great. The food is very good, it has been great for me so I don't have to shop and cook. Both my wife and I have improved our level of health and general happiness quite a bit. There are a lot of activities, we participate in a few but will probably do more over time. The staff is amazing. We've never had a negative interaction with anyone here. Everyone is friendly and helpful whether their job is direct interaction with the residents or they are behind the scenes (cooks, cleaners, maintenance).

The staff and care is excellent. They let me know if they think anything is "wrong" with my Mom and it is dealt with efficiently and effectively. The activities are plentiful and my Mom participates in all of them. She loves the food. They keep her room clean. My Mom is in a studio apartment, which is a perfect size for what she needs.

[name removed] is very nice, helpful young man. He made me want to be there.. Most of the questions I had were answered during the tour without having to ask them.

Place was great! Lots of activities and services at resident finger tips. Grounds are gorgeous. Apartments are well appointed. The selling point for us was you can customize your space and make it your own!

We enjoyed our tour very much. We felt the rooms were a little small and the distance from our home was not the best. But overall all very nice place.

I have eaten there myself it was great! 7. 5 they have many activities and my mom especially loved their fourth of July celebration (they had the Philadelphia mummers come for the party)?? 8. 5 Value for money - I'm sure it’s understood that these facilities are expensive, but we have a beautiful two bedroom (we got very lucky getting that w/washer and dryer which was very important to my mom) for what most other places were charging for a one bedroom not nearly as nice- the residents there have told me they believe it's the bast facility they could be in. I agree I would definitely recommend Rose Tree Place my mom really likes it much more than I ever expected. I would rate it as really exceptional among Assisted living facilities - 5 stars for sure I honestly grateful I found it!

I think all 5. My dad liked it he just didn't like being ill. Everything we needed was done for us. Yes, we would recommend The Fountains community to other families based on the experience,

The staff is helpful, pleasant and attentive. Her 2 bedroom apartment is lovely and spacious and bright. The staff is attentive and helpful and caring. The only area we think could use improvement is the restaurant/food. The food is ok. Not bad. I want to also add - [name removed], Community Relations Director, is a wonderful caring person and was a huge help in a difficult situation.

Extremely impressed with the facility. during my tour, I can see the friendly atmosphere amongst residents and staff. I loved the overall design of the campus with distinct spaces for various levels of capabilities/cognition. If situations were different, I would seriously consider Skybridge for myself.

Apartments are light, airy, well thought-out at very reasonable prices and the facility is spotless and new. All amenities are available. I have not moved in yet, but am excited with the possibilities.

My family has had a wonderful experience with Watermark Laguna Niguel. Our dad is currently in memory care there. Staff members take such great care with the residents, treating each person with compassion and respect. They provide many activities for the residents, including exercise classes, trivia, and music programs, to name a few. I have found the staff to be very responsive and communicative regarding our dad’s well-being. It is such a relief to know he is getting quality care in a safe and supportive environment. Shout out to Watermark’s Resident Care Director and Memory Care’s Program Director who both go above and beyond!!!
