They have struggled with proper staffing and my mother’s room has been cleaned inconsistently. I am disappointed at the lack of communication with families in the memory care unit as my mother cannot communicate changes to us. Their menu changes left my mother sick for four days before we learned of the changes. They also have a lot of opinions about what residents should be doing for enrichment without regard for what my mom enjoys doing. The caregivers are really good and take good care of my mom.
