We only have a short stint with them; about a week or so. That week plus the time leading up to going there was a positive experience. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and supportive. It was on the expensive side but that was due to their personalized approach in care. My Mom was comfortable there and had the best meals there in a long time before she passed. The room size she was in was good it fit here belongings just fine and having the private bath was important to us and her.

Everyone is very nice and very knowledgeable on helping the residence. I have a husband there that has dementia. He’s well taken care of. He was doing really good. He’s only been there since May but the dementia is taken over and they’re always there to help him.

Very, very pleased with our decision. Our minds are at piece knowing and seeing with confidence that my mother is being completely taken care of with all of her needs being met. The transition from her previous home in California to Arizona was seamless. She adapted very quickly. She seems to really like it there.

6. Unsure, I've never tasted any of it and my mom can never remember enough to give me feedback there. I've seen a few meals that looked unappetizing to me but my mom has never complained yet. I was disappointed to see baloney sandwiches on their menu for a dinner though. ?? 8. it's just so expensive, but I'm sure most places are and they are doing what I could no longer do. The only other thing I would add is that I don't get communication from the nurse practitioner that comes and checks on my mom's health every other week. I feel that I should be kept up to date with all her health checks. I shouldn't have to ask for the update. It should be part of the process.

Staff was nice, place was clean, food good, but it's not capable of caring for the more challenging residents. My husband was there less than two weeks when they discharged him.

The assessment team scheduled between 1-2pm. They arrived at 2:10pm Very frustrating. No call. I had to call the sales team to find out where they were as others were scheduled.

Everyone was very friendly, the residents looked happier than at some other facilities, the facility seemed brighter and not oppressive like some other memory care facilities. The bedroom was nicer/bigger than other facilities. I liked that her room is private/not a shared space. I've been very pleased with Brookdale North Gilbert so far.

Friendly staff who are helpful and supportive. Clean environment-always smelled good, clean. I would recommend this place if they accept ALTCS. If not, Brookdale was seen to be on the expensive side.

I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and always smelled fresh. It was easy for me to feel that they cared about my mother and did their best to meet her needs. The staff was always willing to answer questions and help in any way. The meals were delicious--it was the first time in a long time that my mother ate regular, good meals.

My mom moved in to Brookdale N Gilbert recently. Her health was declining and as a family we couldn't be there as often as we wanted. The staff at Brookdale N Gilbert was amazing and helped her feel at home and get settled quickly. Thank you!

This community is dedicated to memory car.its , spacious rooms, hallways and a beautiful secured courtyard. It’s a beautiful community with lots of activities on daily basis. Staff is well trained, everyone is friendly. It feels like home.

Brookdale was horrible. My husband was in there 10 days and was bruised all over his body as well as numerous open sores. He walked in to the place and after taking him out, he never walked again. He passed away 4 months later. I would never recommend Brookdale and would warn people about putting their loved one in that hell hole. If it was possible to give them a 0, we would.

The only reason we gave the overall score a 3 is because the onboarding process and the continued payment issues. Other than that, the staff really cares about the residents who they care for and it shows in how the residents respond and live day to day.
