Brookdale

Nothing compared to Brookdale Bend's staff, activities, building layout, food quality, atmosphere. It was an incredible place! We feel blessed that they had one bed in a private room available when we needed it. And the facility did not smell like an old person's home! Very clean, nothing offensive.

[name removed] was very informative and took me on the other. Everyone seemed happy and healthy and the staff was very friendly.

[name removed] says he would rate it a 5, would be willing to come again and everyone was friendly. The people were nice, the bed was comfortable and food and necessities were provided. Yes we would definitely recommend to others. The procedure was very easy to navigate and everyone was helpful.

Only room for improvement is food. I've had better school lunch food. The room size bigger with a shower would be nice for the price per month as well. Everything else was great. 5 out of 5

So far I would give it a 5. The place is clean, the food is good, the staff is friendly, they are open and upfront with pricing and communication is easy. My dad seems to be doing very well there.

I like living here if I cant be home. Staff is friendly and helpful especially three of them. Food is good and at least two or three really special items daily. Common areas clean and they clean my room.

The Brookdales in Scott’s Valley is an excellent property inside and out. The grounds are well maintained with benches to sit at, outside dining areas and even a small putting green. The best part about inside was the food! 3 meals a day including standards available every day. There are also snacks available in between meals. The room floor plans are simple with 2 types of each (studios . 1 bed rooms and 2 bedrooms ) . The hallways are wide and clean; the dining room is large with lots of seating. The elevators all seemed to be in order and working. I would highly recommend the place except for one drawback. It is expensive with the cheapest units starting at $[removed] per month with 8% rent increases each year. But it is a first class option if you can afford it!

Very clean, fresh smelling and an alive atmosphere!! The apartments are clean and up to date, nice size and every room has a window!! There is a big sense of community! The courtyard is so pretty with lovely chairs to sit and relax in and enjoy and outdoor setting with your loved one!!

I really like the facility, however it came in at over $[removed] per month for level of care we needed.

[name removed] was clear regarding the costs for the living space and the additional care costs. We need more of a memory facility since our loved one is often confused and totally blind. Brookdale Fort Myers Cypress Lake has been such a blessing during an extremely difficult season. Both of my parents are aging and were no longer able to live on their own. My Mom is in assisted living and my Dad is in memory care. Moving my parents into Brookdale has been a great decision. My parents have both adjusted well and the overall experience has far exceeded my expectations. The staff and leadership has been cooperative and understanding. My parents are safe and happy which is most important. The memory care department has been very helpful for my Dad who as Alzhiemer's and the assisted living has been great for my Mom. [name removed] has been excellent as the executive director and I would highly recommend Brookdale. I am very grateful.

First when you walk in the place is bright, friendly and clean. I was greeted by more than one person . We were given a tour of the entire living area, large nice dining room, inviting living room with lots of seating fireplace and big screen tv. We had lunch and the food was wonderful. The residents that we meet were very happy and sitting outside in a very lovely entry with rockers and chairs lots of flowers and greenery which my mother loved. We were very impressed with sales director and did not feel pressed. She and Executive Director took their time with us and my mother felt cared about. The activities looked fun and engaging. Residents and staff seemed very happy. We will be moving our mother here in July.

My aunt is extremely happy living at Brookdale New Port Richey.

We choose Brookdale for my husband When we had our tour our tour guide Was very comforting and explain that I his spouse could also live here with him. That was very comforting to me and my family so he would not be alone. The activity have been very helpful for it keeps him busy The room has been an adjustment for me (A bit smaller) but very lovely. This environment has been wonderful for my husband everything we were told about Brookdale during the tour. Living here for 6months we have met all residents that we interact with o a daily basis, caring staff that greet you by name and truly have a caring heart This was the first place we looked at and after the tour we were sold. I would recommend this if they asked.

Brookdale was the perfect place for my mother-in-law. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was professional and compassionate. The facility was spotless and beautifully appointed. The food was delicious and appetizing which is a benefit for seniors appetites. They treated our Helen with care and respect and made her last days comfortable. We can't thank them enough for all they did!

Everyone is very caring and genuinely concerned about the care given. The entire staff is very welcoming. The facility is clean and comfortable- my mother is very happy there.
